Looking for Stock Rom - EVO 4G Android Development

Hi guys I'm looking for a stock 2.2 rom for my evo. I rooted it and did a nandroid back, and now the back will not load properly. please help me.

Do a search for SteelRom. It's a rooted stock Rom made by SteelH. Fully updated of I remember reading it right. I believe it's what you're looking for.

Nandroid question

Hello,
I was just curious, if I do a nandroid backup of my phone before I load a rom, could I then restore from that backup later if I was unhappy with the rom? These roms look so tempting, but I need my phone for business stuff as well, so im tentative to not be able to go back to the (mostly) functioning stock image.
Thanks,
Andy

If I do please give me a link to a forum that has the correct radio and tell me which one it is, and if I dont and the radio I switched to when I got CM7 works with stock, then please tell me. Thanks in advance!

Perhaps try this instead http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1009423
All you have to do is flash a couple files via hboot and you're back to stock/s-on. Then go to updates and d/l the OTA ...

[Q] Stock ROM for HTC Arrive (Sprint)

Hello, I had a question, I tried looking all over the internet, but it was not a successful search.
I put Mango Beta on my Windows Phone and my desktop got a virus, I don't have the backup of the original stock ROM of W7. I was wondering if anyone had the backup files that they can share? I want to put it back to stock and not sure how. Any help is better then no help I believe. Thanks for your time very much!
The ROM in this thread should get you back to stock. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1078623

[Q] CWM Stock Froyo Rom

I have searched the threads and cannot find any cwm flashable stock Froyo roms. When I got my phone I immediately put gingerbread on it and I would like to have a cwm stock rom to try out. I have the Odin ones that are posted but I can't customize them the way that I want to. If anyone has a link for one or can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Nope theres no cmw stock roms that i know.
Whats the difference in customization terms between cmw or Odin ones? You can also open the odin file with a zip manager and modify it within the original file. Also... if you mean in terms of framework or something like that you can do it within the phone.
Unless im wrong theres nothing "extra" you can do with a cwm file that you cant do with an Odin rom.
I figured that there was no cwm roms available. With having a cwm rom it is just a personal preference for me so that I can work on it on my computer, thats all.
Bionix has a cwm froyo rom ...its mostly stock...and infuse 1.6 also

I have tried the other froyo roms. I was just looking for full stock froyo rom though. I am really surprised that no one ever posted one. O well
Wevas devs are concentrating on gingerbread and ICS

Ya, I understand that. If you read the original question that I posted, I asked if anyone knows where I can get a cwm stock froyo rom. I did not ask anyone to make one. I completely understand that there isnt one. I am fine with that. If you were really concentrating on gingerbread and ics you shouldnt be in a thread that has to do with Froyo.

How to root stock froyo?

Hello all, i've been using cyanogenmod since i got my phone, but would like to get some of the stock apps of it. It's nvflash'd, but I am not sure how i should goa bout rooting it. Is there some sort of flashable zip for 2.2? Should i use superoneclick?
Sorry for asking, but i am unsure of superoneclick, since i have never used it. I'm just wondering if it will permantly affect the bootloader or anything (im going to search after this post)

Lol ....
Sorry again folks. I meant by reflashing my stock rom (from here in canada), it goes back into a unrooted "firmware" phase without superuser. Therefore, i cannot use titanium backup since there is no superuser. I could still use nvflash to flash another rom, but couldnt get nova out of the rom!
I got it by flashing the file for 2.3.3 from this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1255214
(took a leap of faith on 2.2.2). Anyways got it working.
Thanks for trying to decode my original post though
I've read it about 3 times, with no luck to figuring this out. You are rooted and running cyanogen but want to know how to root and get 2.2 stock applications?

Just a quick question, that flazhable package doesn't affect the bootloader like superoneclick correct?
