I no longer use this ROM so I have decided to discontinue this theme. I ran into issues with it and as I am not a dev I could not figure it out and just got frustrated. I hope you all enjoy the version that you are running now.
Looks alright, but i don't understand why everyone seems to take roms built on a minimalistic theme with high contrast and changes everything to have a glossy/3D look. Would actually consider flashing a "light blue" theme if it added a tint of light blue to the existing look of Warm which changed the green highlights throughout to a light blue. The dock and sense lock screens look nice, why not carry that look through the rest of the theme?

Well I will be honest. I kind of rushed this. I just took the theme that I use for my SkyRaider theme and ported it to this ROM. I can do the notification screen the way that you requested. I will also look at other things and see if I can redo those.

Well I did agree with you on the notification and if you refresh the OP you will see that I just changed that. I do not know what .png file controls the name of the apps like when it says Exchange ActiveSyc, or All Apps ect... or I could see about changing that look also. I am new to theming so I just used other peoples .png files. They are in the OP's credits.

Yes to both questions.
Personally, I am not a big fan of those glass 3D icons - they make the theme look unprofessional and a little tacky.

I did not create the icons. I took them from two EVO themes. I cannot create icons as I suck at it. I can only do simple edits. Thanks for the compliment.

It is in the Theme. To get the lockscreen to view download rootexplorer. Go into system/app and either rename or delete HtcLockScreen.apk then reboot. The lockscreen that you see in the OP is the default lockscreen so you have to rename or delete the HTC one to use it. Make sure that you click on r/w in rootexplorer to get wright access.

This is my Hero One theme. It began because I had a lot of requests to port my White and Blue theme for Legend over to Sprint based ROMs. So, I started to port it over, and while I was doing it all the ideas that I had been throwing around for an update to my original theme began working themselves into this one. It snowballed, and the end result is Hero One.

-Includes the Genie Widget from 2.1, not that crappy port for 1.5.
-I did not change the app icons because this is in fact still a Hero, not a Nexus One. Nor did I add or remove any apps. Its just the theme, not a ROM.
I built this using Fresh 2.0d, so it should work on all Sprint based ROMs. As always, make a nandroid and I am not responsible for the health of your Hero. And, if you feel like using my work in your work, please acknowledge it.
-Turns out not everyone likes blue . So after I got quite a few PMs asking for a more stock version,I put this together. This will probably be the last update to this theme. Thanks to everybody who has supported and enjoyed this theme! And with that, the AOSP Green version:*with a 3G icon just for andyriot
-Please note, that if you flash the version with live wallpapers, your weather animations will cease to work correctly. You should just go ahead and remove the HTC WeatherWallpapers.apk if you havent already done so, or flashed Flipz's zip.

Oh, that's already in the works. I already have two themes, just different color variations which are still being worked on as well as a couple of boot screens. I figured I'd take a look at your theme and see what I could use... but we'll see where that leads, maybe I'll skip that process.

Awesome! I decided to keep working on the normal Rosie. For some reason no matter how light I make it, it comes out dark.
Awesome Good Job Blue is my color also keep it up.

This theme is a minor port of the Android UI built for the Sony Ericsson Xperia x10:: I ported the task bar, related icons, and Dialer from the system dump for the XperiaX10.

Lastly, there were requests in another thread to either port or skin the Nexus/Droid Dialer to our phones. I did some searching here on XDA and a member from this site has already created an alternative, which IMO functions extremely well. If you want to try it -- go to the Market and search: Dialer One

all I did was add some grey pixels to the bottom of each bar...
Edit, download these and change to whatever color you want.

I'm positive there not live wallpapers, I haven't seen any actually. I've included the wallpapers below though.
This is another change I ended up with by accident, when working on the text-less icons for the app drawer. This is based off of Fresh 2.1.2, but should work with any Sprint based 2.1 ROM.
I originally discarded it, but thought it might be cool to, in addition to changing the color of the app drawer & add shortcuts background from solid black to some other color (gray in this mod), to also make the background semi-transparent, so that your wallpaper shows through, and this is the end product.

This should work on most Sprint-based ROMs.
It is really starting to grow on me. Here's an example using a photo type wallpaper background where you get a better sense for the "transparent factor".
It is something, I think, that looks better in real-life, as opposed to screen captures. I'll probably post a MetaMorph tomorrow.

First post has been updated with MetaMorph control files for applying this change.
It has really grown on me and I am liking it very much. It is not too dissimilar to the semi-transparent notification menu we've grown accustomed to. Give it a shot and let me know what you think.
As mentioned above, I think it looks really nice when you have a photo style wallpaper.
Added this Mod!!! I have been looking for a transparent app background for a while. You also went the extra distance and did the same thing to the shortcuts background. Just wanted to say thank you for this and it worked for fresh 2.0d. The only thing that I had to do is re-add all the widgets on my screen after the update. Thanks man keep the updates coming!

Here is my Dark Sands Theme that goes with the "green and black" style of Manup 456 "Clean & Dirty" theme.....and the current Myn's Warm TwoPointTwo RLS4.
I simply changed as many taskbar icons as I could, so they would be more refined and have more detail. Also, in this theme I added a dark flip clock (thank you Swede2008), a slightly altered rosie (me), and a different look to the dialer (thank you chingy51o)
I added an optional folder with the dark icons (thank you BlackUp)...and I plan on making more icons as we go along. So if anyone has an icon they would like to see added, let me know. I have the template

I will also be creating a few versions of this theme (not too many), to start with......I will be making a version without a clock in the taskbar (I like mine without it).
This was made for Myn's ROM in mind....has not been tested on other ROMS, so if you would like to test it out and report back, good or bad, that would be much appreciated!

Thanks man for the kind words Yea, I knew green wouldn't be for everyone....some like blue, some like red, and some like plain ole' stock. I just went with the green, cause it's along the lines of what Myn puts out in his RLS's. I for one LOVE IT...and have not flashed any kind of theme over what he has, that is, until now

I actually never thought about it, but wouldn't be too hard seeing as how I have all the png's handy in their own little folders. Keep checking back....I'll have something for the CM crowd some point soon

Funny thing
I was hoping the app drawer would be transparent, but the funny thing is, when You push on it... It becomes Transparent... Do You know why it does that?
Can this be flashed on Myns RLS 4 rom?

The app drawer is translucent....trasnsparent, but very dark. It's the same app drawer settings as what Myn has in his ROM. I have not done any alterations there

Oh okay, damn good theme Mate!
instead of focusing on 1 color, why not have each notification be a different color? id like to see some reds mixed in. awesome theme tho

I am, and already have been thinking about another theme to follow this one. I agree...I don't think the next one will focus on just one color - as this one did. It will most likely be full color
This theme started off being built just for me. I really like the green and black thing going in Myn's Rom......only I wanted more sophisticated icons then the original green and black stock icons.
i agree, i like riptides theme, but theres too much blue everywhere. I like a good mix up.
I flashed this on top of Myn's rom and it looks great. I like it just the way it is...thanks so much!

--How to apply icons with desktop visualizer--
(note only do this if your launcher doesnt support icon switching)
1)Download desired icon pack, download desktop visualizer from the play store
2)Unzip icons and place them on your /sdcard/
3)Long press on your home screen
4)Select widgets
5)Select Desktop Visualizer widgets
6)Select desktop visualizer small(1x1SS)
7)Click the green gear android widget that desktop visualizer has created
8)Click Select Icons
9)Click Image File
10)Select Gallery
11)Find the icon image you want in your gallery and select it
12)Now your image should be selected so press Select Action
13)Click Launch application
14)Select the desired application to match your selected icon
15)Change the label color, touch effect, ect, to desired settings
16)Hit ok at the bottom of your screen and enjoy the new icon

The Molten ones are the original, the other two are just run by Photoshop in a batch edit so im guessing that has to do with the size differences.
Great job, OP, and thanks for the icons! Anyway of getting them in a darker blue? I'm running CM with the Steel Blue theme chooser theme, and these would just be the icing on the cake

These icons go great with ICS GB for CM7 or the theme u have in the screenies (I think its Sculpted if i remember correctly). Thanks for sharing, I frickin love this community!

Umm I cant remember what launcher decks runs... but unzip them, put the folder from the zip on you sdcard, then hold down on a icon on your launchers home screen and select change icon or something along those lines and you should see all the icons in your gallery. If you are using a launcher that cannot swap icon images then download desktop visualizer off Google Play and apply them through that app.

Umm no... ive taken the original apps icon image, cut out what needs to be made red or black colored from those images, built the image back together with the new colors then added the glow effect. Ill be the first to admit im no photo editing expert or graphics designer but I originally made these for myself and people asked me to release them. It takes longer then you would think to try to manipulate the icons preexisting colors to get the right look, its not like i just loaded a bunch of icons into Photoshop, tossed on a a hue saturation and said hey, look at these cool icons I made. But if you think you can do the same or better in like a "pretty easy" time feel free to show me up
Oh and btw if you feel like hating on someone go check out that other guys glowing theme because those images are literally loaded in and out of gimp. I should know he asked me how to make the effect.
Also since we are being critical of each others work your ICS them for MikG has the ugliest navbar and lockring I have seen in a while. Go for something more like an SOSX look or else good job haha.
