Does anyone know a good place to get stuff for HP iPAQ Travel Companions. I might have 100 of these things come in that need to get some changes made on them and I know everyone on here deals with mobile devices but I figured it can't hurt to ask.

Different ROMS for them
Does anyone know of any development being done to port Android or any alternative OS to the Pantech Duo or has anyone cooked any other roms for it? Stock Windows Mobile is much too sluggish on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I vaguely remember there being a Pantech Duo sub-forum on XDA. No?
Just reminding you we will deal with HTC devices.
you might not get an answer at all.
sorry

Thanks. I do appreciate the reminder. XDA is the best place on the internet that deals with Rom development so I was hoping someone might know something about the Duo. Thanks again.
Sorry.. i can't personally help.. hope someone can tho
I just bought a Pantech duo. Its actually not a bad little phone. I figure they allowed the Palm Treo and Sony Erricson here, hopefully they will allow the Pantech.
One problem I found though, is there is no way to get to the ROM image in the install file. Winrar or 7 zip won't open it.
If Pantech allowed their phones to be hacked like HTC does, they might be more popular.
As it stands, there is hardly any info out there for this phone.
Hi,

Yeah thats what it thought too. I have been trying to find out some info, but little is about for that device without digging deeper which will take some time though.
How about the diamond ؟
Hi guys, I'm looking for something cheap and decent phone under $200. I only need it for a month or two before buying nexus 6/X or OPO. I'll use it for music, vids, internet and some communication apps.
I'm thinking of Nokia lumia 520. It's cheap and looks ok for it's price.
Any suggestions and please do include price of the device? It can be android or windows, doesn't matter.
Thanks a lot.

Check the thread that the person above me linked. But to answer your question a bit, the 520 you mentioned should do the job. Not a bad phone, especially if it's just for a month or two to hold you over. Is there something wrong with your current phone or do you just not have one at the moment?

The Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4 are both great.
As well as the OnePlus One.
Perhaps the Moto G should do the trick. Its cheap and you'll feel yourself right at home by the time you switch to a new Nexus.
