Titanium Backup will do it...you have to be rooted.

Uninstalled .. Didnt help or may be i dont know how to use it ....

Just open the rom zip on your PC, and browse to the system/apps and delete what you don't want, then flash it.

In TB (after giving it SU via busybox) select Backup/Restore, find/select your app, & then select Un-Install.

[Guide] Installing/restoring in a few mins all your apps on a new ROM!

Heey,
In this guide I am going to tell you how to transfer all your apps on your current ROM easily to a new ROM. You can do this on ANY version of android in ALL cases!
Downloads needed
x10 Flashtool
Astro File Manager from the Android Market
What the heck am I supposed to do now?
Lets get to the point 8D Make sure you've installed Flashtool on your computer and Astro File Manager on your x10! Now open Astro File Manager on your x10 do the following. Menu button > Tools > Application Manager/Backup > Choose the apps you want to restore on your new ROM and > Press on Backup! When the backup progress is finished you will have to close Astro File Manager.
Now mount the USB-storage on your PC. Open your Memory Card go to > backups and copy the folder called ''apps'' to your computer.
Now get your new Custom ROM and install it.
Open up flashtool and make sure the USB-Debugging is enabled on your x10 and that your x10 is connected to your computer. Copy the folder ''apps'' you've put on your computer to Place you've got the Flash Tool folder then there is in it a folder called ''custom''. Copy the ''apps'' folder into it. Press on Ask Root Perms then APK Installer. Click on one app in the list then press CTRL + A on your keyboard and click on Ok. All apps will be installed now.
Don't forget to press on the ''Thanks'' button and leave a reply in the topic if it helped!
Cheers,
PlayGunsta
Or another great Method. Go to your Flashtool Folder then open custom and then apps and put all your apks inside then start Flashtool and click APK Installer and it installs all. But PlayGunstas Method is better when you dont have a PC always becouse you can install all your Apps from SD Card then.
Also you can try to unyaffs the data.img and installing through flash tool if you have a xrecovery backup. Just select the data/app folder
This save only apps or their configuration and data too?

Configurations are not being saved with this method...
omg... data.img/cache.img or Titanium Backup
it's easier to kill yourself, than backup and restore using this strange method. both methods do not need to use a PC and are much faster, lol
hah, copy data/app folder is easier, than this.
this for deviants only
agreed! tnx for this method but i think using titanium backup will be more easier specially for those who don't have computer...just don't know which one will have better effect... anyway, tnx...

Lol just pointing out different methods. Well consider this : if you have a xrecovery backup in your pc and want to restore data from it, it is easier to just unyaffs it and install. No need to restore, use titanium backup, restore and use titanium backup again.

I find using Titanium Backup easier. Is using Titanium Backup a good idea or should I use this method?

ahah, u write like u don't understand how to restore apps in TB
Launch TB, make 2-3 taps and wait for 30-60 seconds (depends on your apps count and size), it's restored!
so, better I say, that everyone will use the most suitable and comfortable method for himself Peace, people
actually i know how to use titanium backup. I am not asking you to use it. Just pointing out different methods.
thanks wolfbreak
Works
I use both this and adb pull, but it's down to whatever you find easiest I suppose
But then they don't show up as installed in the Market do they? In that case, I won't get updates for them as they are available in the Market.

If u used Titanium to delete app and if u are viewing the list of apps using titanium, they will still appear in the list but a strike through line indicating that the app has been deleted but backed up in titanium folder. However, if you want the app to be removed cleanly, use Root explorer and delete the app from the System/app folder.
Ok,thanks guys , when I've time I'll try

[Q] Install ZIP from SD Card missing?

I'm sure this has been resolved in some other thread but I just can't find the right one. So please spare 10 seconds for a reply and help me.
I have a HTC HD2, with Gingerbread HD2 v2.1, Android 2.3.2 installed. I was looking for a way to uninstall the Facebook system app (somebody thought it was a good idea to add Facebook as a system app )
I had the Jellybean 4.2 installed before I downgraded because it would just take too much space. And now apparently my phone is not rooted anymore (hence not being able to uninstall system apps).
I'm a noob when it comes to Android so please bear with me. I found a script (customizable), archived on a ZIP file, that will delete any system app even if the phone is not rooted.
But when I go into recovery mode, the option "Install ZIP from SD Card" seems to be missing. How can I install the ZIP file if the option is not there?
P.S. If you know a better way to uninstall system apps from an unrooted phone, please share it.

I suppose you tried to install that zip to root your device, right.?
Try a different, new and safe recovery. Root the device. Install titanium backup app. using it you can uninstall the system app.

No actually, that ZIP file contained a script that would uninstall some system apps. I can't uninstall them otherwise because it says my phone is not rooted anymore.

WinRar. Ask the dev if you may edit the rom. You can easily add, remove or switch the integrated APKs, sounds and so on.

i know i can delete the apk's from the ROM directly, but i can say if the installer detect they are missed up and abort the instalation or brick the phone! Im a noob in that point, my idea was edit a ROM to everytime i need to flash it doesnt have to do all the same things like delete apks via root explorer and etc!

Deleting any files from a ROM is not recommended but if you know what you are doing, it's fine.
Also you could also flash a Clean Rom without all the useless APK's and when flashing gapps the smallest one with only the core and playstore.

LOL, yes i CAN read and i DO so. We talked about you can delete any unwanted apks from the zip as long as they are not relevant for the system. Works on roms and on gapps packages.
And I wrote that for me its easier to perform a batch uninstall with Titanium backup (takes about 1 minute) after flashing the rom as deleting the apks manually by editing the rom.zip as I flash my phone nearly every day.
LOL
