I there any way to add a custom app to the double tap home options. I am tired of not being able to use things like quickdesk or itching thumb.

[REQUEST] [APP] Fast Home Long Press App?

I've been using http://www.appbrain.com/app/com.esdmobile.taskswitcher with a single Home button tap to activate, but I'm not a fan of the huge app previews. I'd like an icon only view (especially since it's 15 apps on one screen via CM6).
So I'm looking for an app that will open the Home Long Press by tapping the Home button once (ie NOT a long press), while still allowing use of LauncherPro etc. (A second tap would bring it back to the actual home screen.)
Does such an app exist?
have you tried quickdesk?
Power Strip is nice. It is so much more than just recent apps though. But I have it set to start with the recent apps tab, and can also use it to check a few widgets or as a launcher.

Yeah, didn't like it.
I'm just looking to open the Recent Apps list via a single button tap.
You could tap on 'more recent' on your desktop

Aye. It's a start I currently have More Recent set to LauncherPro Dock middle button swipe up Although it's not as fast as I would like: when in an app, need to go Home -> Swipe up, so an extra step.
If the Android Recent Apps list is completely inaccessible, then More Recent on a single home tap would be just as good

Flyme-like navigation features on Samsung

I love the style of Flyme on Meizu phones. They use one home button for back, home actions and swipe up for recent apps.
I am trying to make the controls on my Samsung S7 like its designed in Flyme.
I want to use only my HOME button, single tap for back action, single press for go home action, and still be able to use the fingerprint feature.
The issue here is, the RessurectionRemix ROM I tried only supports actions for pressing the button.
I have found, that app "easyHOME" enables the touching feature for home button, but I would like to have a more reliable solution like xPosed module.
Another feature I looking for is to show recent apps by simply swiping from the very bottom of the screen up. Do you know any way of enabling it?

Is there a way to customize the fingerprint gestures?

I find the one tap to go back a bit annoying, it would make much more sense if a single tap would go home, a slide to go back and holding the home button goes to recent apps.
Has anyone been able to do this?
Also, is there a way to disable the home button when the navigation bar is enabled?
legit, I think it shoud have even more gestures, like swipe direction down up left right and double tap
wonder is there an app for this
would be only logical

Back to previous apps gestures

I'm using gestures features, and i miss double tap recent icon for quickly back to last apps, is that any hidden gesture to quickly back to last apps?
If not, I got suggestion to use swipe up from left/right bottom screen and hold, then direct back to previous apps more quickly... so swipe up left/right for back function, swipe up left/right hold for back to last apps, how you guy thinks?
and, why i can't post anything at Oneplus official forum?
The only way I know is to drag from center up a bit and hold, it will display all recent apps. Either select the app you want or repeat (drag up from bottom center and hold) and it will swap back and forth. Very quick overall.

Double tap to scrren off on android 10 and gestures

I have updated to android 10 Beta, with nolimits.xxx rom modul. It works like a charm, but for the first time I tried gestures for navigation.. I love it, but I have a problem.. Before when I had buttons enabled, I had back button for turning off the screen after use (double tap). How do you guys solve this problem with gestures? Is it possible to make double tap on home screen to screen off, or maybe swipe some gesture... Please let me know your solutions
On home screen, long tap and go to settings (Launcher settings), there should be an option to lock if double tap (at least it's there on Android 10)
Thanks
