This is my effort to get a solid Liquid Acer Rom port for the Evo. This will be my final build for this port. This port is stable, has great battery life and features, and is definitely daily driver material. I encourage all Evo users to download and take it for a spin!

I am trying to fix the driver issue for the phone but can't get it to work. The drivers are for gsm still.. but I cant get my fix to work Probably doing something totally wrong..

What drivers are u referring to? I'm still convinced the phone issue is related to framework changes and permissions.

Are you giving up on MIUI? This looks awesome! Will it have customizeable folder labels?

Yeah, the phone stuff is still not working, but he fixed a few things, and progress is progress. Especially considering he's doing this and MIUI for free.

And we love progress! I wish you all the best of luck. Keep up the great work bigrushdog, and all others involved. Even if it doesn't completely get fixed, we appreciate all of the hard work that y'all are putting into this project.

i dont know if this helps but incredibledoes has a liquid rom with the working lockscreen and call/hang up are both working. i flashed it with his patch a month ago. maybe he could help us out. hes in the droid incredible section

Great Rom, silky smooth with Lords latest 6.9, and liking Swype and additional Wallpapers (Shuttle one is just incredible).
I would personally change the battery indicator to break away from Hydrogenmods appearance, but totally understand that that great Rom is an inspiration.
The Modified Launcher upon booting looks awesome and very refreshing.
Great start, and will be using this for a while.

Thanks buzz, glad you're liking the rom and I appreciate the feedback. I'm really happy with the way the Launcher came out, I think it's my favourite part of the rom right now. You might have a point about the battery icon, if I can find something else that I like as much I might change it for the next release.

I preconfigure a lot of things in my ROM, because when I flash it on my phone, I want it ready to go. So, the ringtone, sms/email and other notifications to already be set. Doing it this way, makes for a nice ROM that's ready out of the box.

Be prepared to know what adb does and have a dropbox account ready This is not an "early accesss" program, but a way to improve the ROM by having people actively test early builds and reporting back on issues.

Aw snaps! What's up NRG, I missed you from my touch pro 2 days. Glad to see your doing your thang still. For those of you that are experiencing significant battery drain, Please download system tuner pro and under clock the cpu while screen is off and while your in a phone call. Open systemtuner pro>cpu>auto>Presets>very aggressive
systemtuner pro>cpu>auto>boot settings>screen off = as low as you can get it, same goes for in call, set govener to conservative.
systemtuner pro>cpu>auto>bootsettings> apply all scripts at boot. Also If you can turn off 3g/4g when your in a area with bad signal. With these steps I can get almost a day and a half out of my battery with moderate use​.

added description to LED setting on RC to be clearer on what it does
it only changes the DEFAULT LED color. Apps may override it, and most do.
attempted to fix freezing clock yet again
fixed wifi icon being cut off
fixed color multipliers being doubled
new gamma ranges from -100 to 100 defaulting to 0
your kernel (if it supports gamma tuning) might have a different default, so just keep that in mind (60 was the previous default)
fixed small icons when airplane mode & wifi are enabled
added shortcuts to toggle torch & toggle navbar
that means you can add these to nav bar as regular actions or long press actions, click “Custom app”, scroll down to “System UI”, toggle nav bar & torch should be there.

Notes (read them!):
this change log is differences between build 34. If you’re coming from M4, you’ll need to read all the change logs from the builds between M4 and M5 (THERE ARE A LOT!)
When you flash themes or mods or kernels, keep in mind that they can change almost any aspect of the ROM and introduce bugs and inconsistencies if not properly packaged for AOKP or not properly updated for Milestone 5.
If you experience a bug after flashing a mod/theme/kernel, do a NANDROID (so you can return to it after testing!), re-flash AOKP and wipe, then test to see if the bug still exists. ONLY THEN REPORT IT TO THE BUG TRACKER.

NOT ALL DEVICES ARE MADE EQUALLY! Some device still have KNOWN bugs!
There are many devices which we support that aren’t as bug free as the Galaxy Nexus or other AOSP devices (such as the Nexus S)
That said, we try and incorporate fixes for all devices that we support from many sources (CyanogenMod, evervolv, Code Aurora Forum, other teams and individual contributors). We thank those teams for making their code open source and available for us to use so you can put AOKP on your device
below are the bugs we are aware of for specific devices
p4: Galaxy Tab 10.1” -- no camera, rotating device causes a slight flicker, potential touch screen issues.
supersonic: camera works, panorama mode & video camera does NOT
galaxysmtd: I have read that it’s GPS doesn’t work 100%
inc: I have read that some people experience device instability and reboots. No one on the team has an incredible to test on, so we can’t confirm or deny this exists.
p999: g2x - browser crashes while switching to landscape, video recorder does not work, USB tethering does not work
p990: O2x - gps does not work at all, video recorder does not work, other potential inconsistencies, potential ROM Control FCs if language is set to anything other than english
pyramid: sensation - 480p video recording is broke (720, 1080 work fine), usb tether does not work
tenderloin: no camera
MAKE A NANDROID
highly recommended: wipe data/factory reset in recovery - absolutely required if coming from another ROM or AOKP that is running Android 4.0.3

i like it but since i flashed it my battery went from 71 to 43 0.o
it looks good but wont be a daily rom for me

Good to see another .108 base. I would say the based ROM is totally bug free.

I'm thinkin abotu giving this one a shot myself. I have been using AOSPX for a few months, but was a heavy user of CM7 when I had my HTC Aria.

AOSPX is an amazing rom with a lot of tweaks and patches so it's pretty much stock like mine!

Interesting... The only issue I've had with it is the camera. The latest update (BR3) broke it to where it displays clearly, but when you take the picture, the colors get all messed up to where it looks like my camera is on an Acid Trip

My making. It won't be official until we get the ICS kernel sometime this month.

Love the rom a lot. But honestly using the other right now because of the themes. I love the Xperia theme. Can't with you have themes for this rom.

I'll add quite a few themes on the next release

as this (cm9) is pretty much THE rom i'm holding out for, can i ask if go sms pro and apollo music apps (and a few others) are "standard" for cm9 or added personally?
so far i'm digging it. LOTS of options (easy to find too) for lock screen!!!

Flashing this right now. That was a different way of doing it never seen that before the whole selecting stuff like if it was an install wizard before.

Aroma installer and all the apps that you can choose within aroma. Everything else is completely stock

May have to try this
Some?s though what kernel is it using and can we flash a different one of so what can be used. What kind of radio and ril does it come with. I never used cm 9 or any CM before what features does this have

1. Aroma instaler is great option but i got problem with screen calibration, really hard to install this rom for me
2. after installation i have got 'pointer' on my screen instead using finger on touch screen hard to set up .
What I'am doing wrong?
