GMail Drive
Hey guys, Gmail drive is a great little program that you install on your PC and you can send files to your phone wireless.
When you install it you get a Gmail Drive icon on your My Computer. Enter your Gmail user name and password and confirm it.
So say you have an apk on your PC drag and drop it to the Gmail Drive it will upload it to your Gmail account. So then on your Xperia's
Gmail account you can open it. When you get the email on your Gmail account open it and select preview. It will download the file to your download
folder on your SD card. Use a file explorer to open it or you can open through mediascape or an office app
So far I managed to get apks, txt, doc, and pictures to work. I couldnt get music files to save.
This isn't anything revolutionary or anything but if you forgot or dont have your usb around it can come in handy. Also if you lazy like me its helps
at times.
Also every time you delete a file on your Pc's Gmail drive it deletes the email on your Gmail account.
Is there a way to get this in a nice proggie for android!?

FBMessenger is app for quick access to messages from your facebook account. It's only messenger, without chat, news feed... User interface is very simple, with only few steps, for your messaging. On first screen, you need to log in, with your email and password, and after few successful log ins, Login procedure will be automatic, auto log in.
You can see 10 messages per page, and after click on text of message you want to see, window will open with messages between you and recipient. Input box is on a top of screen, for quick reply message.
From menu, you can always refresh messages, exit application, or log out.
Added option for saving messages to external storage (sdcard...), backup messages in *.txt format.
After first installation of this app, if you can not log in, it is because of Facebook security. Maybe you use facebook app for the first time on your mobile device, and you'll need to log in, on your Facebook account from your computer first. Than you can easily log in from FBMessenger app.

This is not a new app but it’s something that we’ve just recently discovered and one that we thought is useful, awesome and amazing enough for us share it with you.
AirDroid is a simple to setup and easy to use application that allows you to manage your Android device wirelessly from the web browser on your computer. The app is a really great way to access stuff on your Android device. You can manage files and documents on your device’s micro SD card, you can drag and drop files to and from the device, and even access your contacts, call logs, emails, and a whole host of other things too. You can also text using the app as well as download and install apps on your device all wirelessly from the web browser of your choice on your computer.
The interface is pleasant and you don’t need to root your device to access most of the cool features of AirDroid. You don’t even have to install anything on your PC either. Just key in passcode or scan a QR code and you’re done.
This is something we really recommend you try out. Download the free app from Google Play here or just scan the QR code below.

I think i finally got it...don't know how but i did.
I called Sprint and spoke to a tech. What you need to do is go to your Gmail on the web browser in desktop mode. Click on the tab that says "more", then click on the tab that says "drive." Mske sure you're still in desktop mode on the "Welcome to Google Drive" screen. On that screen you're going to want to select the "more" tab again and a drop down selection box appears and you want to select the "photos" option. Once in there, you should be able to delete single photos or entire albums from instant upload. Once deleted here, thwy no longer appear on your device. I just did it, and t worked like a charm.*
Good luck!

MultiMail allows you to access your secondary email accounts (Yahoo, AOL, Microsoft...etc) from a sigle app.
I have alot of email address I use solely for non-personal or anonymous purposes (daily deals/work/snapchat/spam marketing/craigslist/tinder...etc). I dont want to add these as a system profile account on my Android since this leaks the account details to all apps that have the (GET_SYSTEM_ACCOUNT / IDENTITY) permission (basically all the leading apps have this ability). I also dont need instantaneous push messaging, syncing or POP access (battery drains device). I created MultiMail to allow users to securely have access as needed to their secondary e-mail accounts. No login information is requested, you login directly to the e-mail provider. Also a PIN Lock feature is available so only trusted users can access the app once logged in. Try it out. Feedback appreciated.

Hi Guys,
I am using MS Outlook in my phone and have linked my Gmail id with it. Few queries-
1. Let's say there is an image or pdf or whatever format attachment, MS Outlook first downloads it and then previews it. Where is the download location of the same? Not able to find it anywhere.
2. I previewed few excel files via it. Now I have even deleted those mails but those excel files can be seen in MS-Excel and when I try to delete them I get an error-

MS Office uses the data partition to download/store remote viewed files on Nougat. It is a disaster! This interferes with seamless usage of the programs with cloud accessed files. As a result, you have to download a copy of the file, edit the local copy, and upload the new version to the cloud server.
Why does MS store these files on a read-only partition? Well, why does MS really still exist in this day in age? Because consumers are afraid of change, and corporations cannot afford to switch their infrastructures to superior platforms.
Google Docs will open write enabled copies, but it has a long way to go for truly universal capabilities with MS created files.
