Kwaak 3 config settings for Bluetooth mouse use - Android Apps and Games

Hi all,
Hope a mod doesnt shoot me down for a topic which does relate to another topic ----but hasnt been answered and will get lost in the official release topic, this does relate specifically to the config file......
I have Bluetooth mouse and froyo 2.2 on Gal S Kwaak 3 is great but I dont have true mouse look. I have to hold down mouse 1 to get the cursor to grab the screen and then sort of double tap mouse 1 to shoot. Makes playing with BT Mouse keyboard impossible.
I want the mouse to permanently bind as soon as I start Kwaak 3 and shoot (or action in menu) when I press mouse 1.
Can anyone help me with the config, there are no posts in the official Kwaak 3 forums that will help me with this and neither are there any that I could find here.
This is a great port. I will play it online every lunch break if I can get my mouse working properly
Thanks all

same problem here, any solutions?

[Q] Quake 3 & Atrix 2

So I installed Quake 3 with no problems. It runs smoothly with A2.
Trouble appears, when I connect bluetooth mouse and keyboard. First of all Apple Magic Mouse simply does not do anything with the phone whatsoever, even though it pairs and connects(this has nothing to do with Q3). When I connect Magic Trackpad the cursor appears and works fine. However, when I run Q3 the cursor is stil there! And when I move the cursor the aim does not move. The only way to aim is to hold the left button and then move, which is lame.
So I have to questions:
1. Why magic trackpad works and magic mouse does not? (non q3 question)
2. How to make the mouse move the aim without having the left button pressed ?
For the second one, you probably need to turn mouselook on. In the Q3 console it is probably mouse_look 1 or something like that

Bluetooth Mouse Issue with Stock ICS

Hi everyone. I have this bluetooth mouse and tried to use it with my sensation (running stock ics shared by rmk40 here.
But i'm having two issues:
1) When connected to the mouse, my onscreen keyboard never appears. I think my phone recognizes it as both mouse and keyboard (it says connected to bluetooth mouse in bluetooth settings, though).
2) Left and right clicks of the mouse performs the same action (the normal left click action) while the right click is supposed to perform as "back" button.
Any ideas, fixes?
I'm experiencing the same issues with a bluetooth mouse from A4Tech, model BT-310.
The right button does not go back, instead it performs the same action as a normal click.
No on screen keyboard while using the mouse.
Did you find any fixes for this?
I am using ViperSs 1.0.0 ROM.
Nope. Found nothing.. Asked on general android section here . Hope there's someone knows the solution!
It's just so silly that ICS didn't get at least basic mouse & keyboard configuration panel : D
Google's approach to software projects is one of the worst in the entire world

[Q] Mapping the Keyboard to Controller?

I apologise if this thread is in the wrong place but I'm not sure where else to go. I'm also sorry if my question is mind numbingly stupid, I am very new to this tablet and pretty much any kind of controller mapping of any sort.
Earlier today I was playing some games through gamestream that require a wireless keyboard and mouse to be playable. If, however, I hold down Y with my gamepad mapping enabled I can access the tablet's onscreen virtual keyboard and press W, A, S, D etc on it - allowing my character to move. It's impossible to play the game like this of course, but this got me thinking.
Is it possible for me to map the tablet's W, A, S, D keys to different directions of my left analog stick? So when I move my left stick up, it would act like pressing W on the keyboard and so on? Same with mapping my triggers to the mouse clicks? This would allow me to play virtually any FPS on my PC using just this controller so I really hope there's a way to do it.

How to map the mouse?

I have a problem with fps / shooting games, I can not remap the mouse using the keyKeyboard. please help me
I wonder this also months now.I want to set right click from mouse to act like back button generally...

XBOX One S controller issue with view button

I haven't quiet found yet where to post this question but here goes... So I have an Xbox One S Controller connected to my OnePlus 6 android phone via Bluetooth but it seems that the view button on my Xbox controller is mapped to the back function within the OS, so I can't map it in say a Gameboy emulator to its select button because its already hard mapped to back... Is there any workaround this?
Note that my other bluetooth controller which sucks does not share this issue, its view or select button is not mapped to buck in the OS so I can map that one freely but its analog sticks, dpad, triggers and bumpers are downright awful so I prefer the Xbox conntroller in all of those aspects for sure.
No answers, lovely forum.
Hi, I had the same issue and the solution was to use Magisk Module for xbox one s controller. You can find it here https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/module-xbox-one-s-controller-t3742544
Finally somebody, Holy smokes, thans for the input but I simply do not dare to root in risk of bricking my phone since it's pretty new still which is a bummer, I think I'll just have to deal with it
