Interesting.. don't know if I am down with the whole umbrella corp thing but I like the direction.
I'm really digging it (always a fan of red and black), and even though I'm not into the game its just a cool logo to use for it. My only thing from the picture (and it might just be the picture quality), but the red looks pretty dark. But I friggin LOVE the notification background.
Looking forward to the finished product though, keep it up!

Nice, the red looks great. Were you planning on changing the status bar icons at some point down the line? Also, there's a pretty decent umbrella bootscreen floating around somewhere, if youre interested, I can try and hunt it down for you (i just need to remember where I saw it)

Looks awesome so far! I love black and red. I agree with lightening up the red a little bit.
The red looks better on the phone. Seems to have gotten a bit muddy from compression on that pic. Color rendering in general seems a bit odd at times on my phone.
Not sure about a flashable zip or metamorph. I find the adb method easiest, so I never bothered with that.

I'm gonna flash cm just so I can have this theme
i added a flashable zip to the link in op. that will apply the framework-res.apk, but you still need to apply the cm color xml and adw theme (if desired) manually.
I just get loops. Did full wipe and same thing. I'm on 6.1 rc1

sorry pitmanr2003, i'm still on 6.0 final. the framework apk must have changed. i'll edit the op to make that clear.
i added a flashable zip for the 6.1 rc1, but it's not tested.

Like the stock normal look and feel of Android, but don't much care for orange? Well, here's a blue alternative. Check out the screenshots below.
It's a metamorph, so apply accordingly. I expect you to know how to use Metamorph. Search around on XDA or Google if you need to learn it.
This is a flash-over theme. It will only work and look right if you apply it over the stock Cyanogenmod rom as only the images/files that need to be changed from orange to blue are modified. If you have a theme already, flash your current Cyanogenmod rom from recovery first before applying this metamorph.
This has been tested on both the Droid and the Nexus One each with Cyanogen's latest roms (5.0.6.2). It should work for future versions as well.

I haven't decided if I want to include these in the theme since I'd have to modify and re-sign the full APKs. Also, if I did that there wouldn't be any updates. Market and Youtube shouldn't be a prolem, and I plan on including those.

Really? Can anyone else confirm? It was working fine for me and 2 others.

Looks good, running with no problems. Love the blue!
Looks good, ran in to 1 problem so far. After it was applied and restarted, I was able to use the camera app, but then when I try to use it again it just goes to a black screen.
Odd.
Did you reboot again after having the issue?
Try killing the camera process with a task manager and opening it again.
Try wiping the dalvik-cache and restarting.
If the issue is persistant Pm me with a logcat while opening camera and I'll see what I can determine.

BLACK AND WHITE TB MOD
Please visit my site for this, due to limitations of having 2 of the same filename attached.
Here, I have for you, is a mod that is designed to change the icons of your EvDO/1xRTT icons, battery icon, and signal icon. There is a little more work to be done but here is what I have to offer right this moment.
Screenies are attached.
FOR Darch 2.8 ONLY (if you dont have darch 2.8, skip this red step): Unzip the darch28.zip to reveal a framework-res.apk, then continue.
Nandroid backup.
You will need to clear dalvik cache.
Mount your /system in read-write mode.
adb push framework-res.apk /system/framework/framework-res.apk
Reboot
First boot will take a little longer, dalvik has to be rebuilt.

Yup. Gimme a bit. I am gonna release a new version as well for CM6 that makes the signal and battery icons not be so close together.

Is it possible that you could make a black & white version (mainly the battery icon)? This is sick, but the colors won't fit my theme.

Yeah I thought about making a black and white version. Should go well with the option to be able to change the color of the % of battery left in CM6. Gimme a day or so, I'll knock it out

If I was given the framework-res.apk from that specific ROM then it will not change anythign but the icons.
Hey folks I figured I'd share my theme with everybody, since I'm still learning how to theme I figured I'd take one and mod it for my personal taste and I liked how it came out. Credit goes to gomorrah for authoring the blackmod he did the hard work I just tweaked it a little
I'm also adding my boot animation, boot screen and launcher pro docks and icon that i use to get the look in the preview pics. I use Beautiful Widgets and use the gt40 skin with the background cleared out and use mini skin for the weather, anyway here's what it looks like when done.

[EDIT] I tried to install the circular battery mod which didn't work and since i didn't back up before I installed the mod I had to go back the my most recent backup and then reflash cm6 stable and reapply my theme. Well after reflashing everything it would immediately start bootlooping when i plugged it into my computer so after tinkering with the files I came to the conclusion that it was the framework-res.apk causing the bootloop so i went back copied the themed files over to a vanilla framework-res.apk 1 by 1 and deleting the excess files and reflashed it and it worked so I figured I'd put it in a rom and share that too! lol again I take no credit because someone else did the hard part I just added a few tweaks

Eh, does appear to be different. Disregard.
That theme is built on the Samsung framework so things like the lockscreen cannot be ported. I dont know how much of this theme you are hoping to get onto your phone.
I will take a look at it and see what i can do. Will post back in a day or two with my findings. As said above the lockscreen probably cant be ported but i can probably port most of the rest.
Edit: after looking at the origonal thread it looks like this had a lor of custom elements. Before I even atrempt work on this I am going to have to message the creator and talk to them.additionally many of the menus can not be ported as is.
What are people looking for if I do take this ona besides the notification bar and icons and a few other minor pieces not sure it can be done.
dammit, i really like that lock screen, ,how come samsung has the good stuff. Is it impossible to port that lock screen over?

The lockscreen is part of the framework, the same way the sense lockscreen is part of the sense framework. You would mainly be able to change images like the status bar and menu items.

I was looking around for a cool theme for twrp since i use the recovery mode often. i seen the amazon one i didn't like the amazon look that why i remove it from my kindle the first place. So i post around on the form looking for a nice theme and surprising some one made me one, once i loaded it. they made me ics theme but i i was looking for a little more so i decided to build my own.
The first few hours rebooting my kindle on and off got annoying.
After A while got my theme work out. Alot of tweak around but here what i created.

HOW TO INSTALL:
On your sd card you will see a folder name TWRP.
Open it up and create a new folder called "theme"
place the ui.zip in the folder and reboot in to TWRP.
Now u have a brand new theme.
Give Thanks to kylboy06 For putting his touch on it and fix the clock.
Also If you have any problem with the theme just leave a message and i will fix it soon as possible.

Very nice! So much better than the stock gray! Works perfectly! Thank you for doing this! I just wish we could figure out why the screen flickers in that setting. It's annoying. (Not your fault)
I modified the background and top bar a little bit to fit my preferences but oh man thanks so much for releasing this beautiful theme!

Hey thanks for the awesome work on this theme, it looks amazing compared to a lot of other themes I have seen.
I did tweak it a little to my liking, I changed the background, cleaned up and changed some spacing on the top bar, and I changed the clock, so that it is in the box now, and larger, also I changed the button overlays, so that they are all aligned to the left. I figured I would post it, if anyone was interested in it.

Took the revised theme by kylboy06 and added my own custom background as well. Took an image of the ICS logo, changed white center to CM blue, and added CM blue colored outer glow. Slapped it on a BG with a stripe and some text and there you go. I spend alot of time in TWRP nowadays so I wanted a nice UI. I dig this. Hope you guys do to.
