Not sure from what i've seen I dont think so I think the purple might but when we get our stock in I will look and check. If history serves we should get them in tomorrow
EDIT::: just watched a unboxing with red phone and it is indeed the soft touch. So black and red are now confirmed soft touch. White is not purple still no clue.

That IS interesting. So, is the white parts painted metal or white plastic? With that crease across the headphone port, it looks metallic. I'm almost glad the white doesn't have that soft touch, as it would probably look a bit dirty in no time.
Ok I can confirm all colors except the white are the soft-touch paint holding them all in my hands as we speak.

Hi Guys,
I had the atrix last week and I was going to paint the back cover (professionally). But I now have the galaxy s 4g, so I want to paint these instead.
I would like to know what colors do YOU think our phones would look great in?
I don't want to do 2 tones because the price would be higher.
I'm going to try to charge $18.00 for the labor with paint and clear coats and shipping included.
I'm thinking if I get enough interest I'm going to buy some covers ahead of time. This was you can just tell me the color you want and either pay for the cover or send your own.
If you decide you want to keep the cover, I will charge you for the cover than refund you the money once I have received your cover.
For now I just want to see which is the most popular color. Than I ill paint mine and post pictures.

Btw, the clear coat I will be using is TOP notch quality. It's really thick and shines very nice!
It will help hold the phone better as it wont be as slippery. And with a different color, the phone will look really nice.

I had a fluorescent green cover ever since I got the phone. Today my black cover arrived and I'm super impressed how nice this color looks
on my phone. All the colors suddenly are pooping out of the screen even more.

I think I found some of these on amazon if you search for "lg tmobile g2x color premium". The link doesn't say "TPU" but when you click the link it says they're TPU cases in the description and they look just like the ones on ebay.
I bought my GF one of those TPU cases for her HTC Aria in white and the thing is awesome. It adds a little girth to the phone phone nothing major. She drops the thing all the time but the phone still looks amazing.
The bad thing is that it covers up the smooth rounded screen that I love to feel.
I got this exact same case. I loved it except for the holes cut out for the volume and power. That killed it for me because that little slim piece in the front just got kinda floppy. Got the exact same case on my way to me. I ordered the lime green last week, gonna have an android theme. I will probably add some artwork to make mt g2x look like an android bot,
I got the black version of this case last week and after trying 2 other cases, this one is the best hands down.
I got mine off ebay from Mr.Shim and it took 6 days to get here from Korea.
Now if only Realook had a screen protector for this phone, I'd be really happy.
The only thing this case did was push up the Bodyguardz screen protector when I put it on because it's a pretty snug fit. Simply smoothing it back down was all I needed to do. Probably didnt help that I just had the protector put on the night before either.

I got that one too but for some reason when I got it it had flaks of sivler in it....not bad but I would of preferred solid black though.
It fits real tight kinda hard to take it off when you need to

I did this to my HD2 but gave up before achieving the chrome finish. It took forever to get the finish off & my hands started aching(carpal tunnel), so it ended up with a brushed metal finish instead. Still looked cool, though.

Yeah it took me about 6 hours ( including clean up time ). My finger tips are very sore. The Metal Polish Creme makes all the difference. You can get it most AutoParts Stores. Autozone locally carries it ( runs about $6 for the jar )

I agree. They could even charge a premium for this, and for those into the bling, some small diamonds could be nicely mounted in the ear piece. The pictures don't do it justice. It looks amazing in person.

That would take all of 5 minutes on a good buffing wheel. Start with some Tripoli on a loose wheel and finish with some jeweler's rouge on a smaller flannel wheel, it will shine like chrome on a wannabe's Harley.

Unfortunately I didn't have a buffing wheel, and had to do this by hand. Next time I will seriously consider buying polishing wheel.

It's been out for other phones but I haven't heard much about it on the One x.
Anyway it's $16 on Amazon for the black and white cases. It looks about perfect for what I want, a thin, slim case which a clear back that shows off the phone while still offering protection. Apparently it covers the camera lens and has a lip on the front. So any word on these two case? Also I was wondering if the white one will look good on the black phone. I've seen a bunch of good cases for the white one. There's not as many for the black

It's not branded by boxwave but it is the identical case, surely from the same manufacturer that boxwave gets it from.

Ok thanks I'll look into that. I mean I don't mind that much about the on and off. It's not like there's expandable memory or a battery that needs to be removed lol. As long as it looks good and offer good protection I'm fine and this one seems to do it.
Also how far off are the cutouts? I don't want to lose my headphone jack or anything lol.

It's just the camera and speaker cutouts that are ever so slightly off, like every other international case. Everything else is fine.

It definitely doesn't obscure the camera at al. It's barely noticeable but I'm anal with my cases. I've got the grey phone with the black case. I don't think white would look good at all, IMO.

Ah.. I've wondered about that. Well you can blame ATT for the confusions. It's alll black and white to them. No shades of grey
so my last phone broke with a very small drop in a case, so i decided to just go the skin route for scratch protection and customizability. I Just put it on, it was a long process but I like how it came out. Let me know what you think. Feel free to ask questions
