That looks absolutely beautiful. Kudos. Lots of kudos. However, is it required to unlock via the Menu button or multiple unlocks? I didn't see any sliding things of that nature.

A suggestion, or maybe more of a wish, I think it'd be cool if you could load up at least a portion of the text message, or at least who it's from and present it on the lock screen.
Even with out that, I'll definitely love to have this on my phone!

That is album art, not a wallpaper. But I guess you can use it as a wallpaper for your phone.
(Also TinEye is awesome for reverse image searches)

I think I love you

I am drooling all over my keyboard right now.
That would be so awesome, but I doubt it will be possible to realize:
- Many tweaks
- Gadgets have to be drag n drop
- Mix of original Sense (e.g. weather) and completely new aspects (running apps = task manager)
Either way, if someone would do this, I would be SO paying for it!
btw: I still prefer portrait over landscape, but native rotation on this thing would be a relatively small problem

Further update will be available. I will clean up some errors and add new sections. Will also be added and portrait mode. Hope from concept to become reality (some day).

I think what people are forgetting is that the screen isnt that big in real life it would be impossible to touch anything on it

You see the first N1, the interface looks really good and then if you read the comments from the user, it says:
"I also added the first look at the new Deep Blue user interface that will ship in a ROM update that has yet to be decided. For those who root, watch out for this one. It will be complete and may add a few new widgets you don't get with the stock Android interface. Please read the legal note below regarding the new interface."
There is also a legal notice on this so no one can copy this work....

Remove gingerbread status bar clock?

Hey,
I want to remove the clock from my statusbar because it's just ugly and i don't need 2 clocks.
There are some threads about this, but this are old methods that don't work anymore.
somebody knows how to achieve this easily? I'm running latest MIUI ROM (Android 2.3.3)

I've found a tutorial to extract services.jar, i tried editting the files but i couldn't figure it out. Please?

I may be wrong, but I don't believe that removing the clock is an option in stock Android. Many of the custom ROMs have explicitly added this capability, I would image because there is a demand for it.

Wouldn't it make more sense to get rid of the stupidly big and unnecessary one that's taking up half your screen real estate?

It is not a real option, but it should be possible. I've read that the clock removal mods don't really remove the clock, but the clocks are just posisioned outside the screen area. I tried to move the clock myself but i failed

I see your point now! Didn't realise your homescreen was so well modded and tasteful. My apologies for jumping to conclusions and thinking that you'd have a Sense style clock.
If i were you i'd want rid of the smaller one too. If i come across anything that could achieve the desired result i'll post it here for you.

I got bored today and decided to draw up a similar concept to Jinesh Shah’s KLP concept... There were a few things I didn't really like on his concept but overall, the idea was great; not to mention, clean. So I will be whipping up personal concepts (and possibly into a ThemeChooser theme) of KLP.
Feed back would be nice! At some point I will upload the PDF's for anyone to tinker with, not that anyone would.
I'll be adding more concept pictures as I go. I'll probably do the dialer next, along with the lock screen following.

Elaborate boring. If you mean, there isn't much to see... well then there really isn't. However, if you have been using stock android, or a variation of stock, then you would understand the significant difference in this

I really like this concept! I'd be very happy if actual 5.0 is like this.

The idea was to make it look like Google Now but cards on the lockscreen that you can swipe away.
