Is it possible to keep the touchflo bar at bottom of homescreen but have the option of standard windows mobile homescreen features like date, messaging, task, calander etc, I don't care much for the big clock taking over half the homescreen ?????
Thanks .....

I have a samsung omnia II and installed spb which the mobilesence theme. Everything is just prefect except for calander and clock.
What i want to do is have the mobilsence agenda open the samsung calander (schedule.exe) in stead of the winmo default. The same goes for the clock and if there is a way to get it to show the alarm time as well when using the samsung clock.
I was able to change the text messages icon to open the samsung messaging app. I know i can just put a bunch of transparent icons over top of the widgets, but it will not work for 1 it still will not show the alarm time and 2 for agenda when you click it, it opens the entire week which i will loose. I would think this should be just a simple file edit and have it point to a different exe??
bump bump up
any way to make a shortcut to single contacts?
basically, i don't want to install a big ui like moblie shell etc.
all i want on my today is a transparent icons to around 8 favorite contacts, and the alarm clock. no manila, no flashy gui, just minimal
cheers
Like myself, i guess many users have a nice launcher startpage with clock and calendar info. And a nice lockscreen is just overflow and disturbing.
So i suggest a lockscreen that shows the nice launcher page as background (maybe custom transparency), only differense is that it shows a slider instead of the dock. (kind of like spb 3d shell on windows mobile)
Try using widget locker.

very nice..I love the lockscreen.
I have already tried Widget locker. But it shows a separate lockscreen. That's not what i'm after.
I mean a lock that appears on top of the launcher screen.
I guess it would be quite light not bloaty.
*Maybe show some animation of a lock (so you see it's lockscreen), and
*dimmed down launcher screen, and
*a full brightness undimmed sliding or button- unlocker at the bottom, temporarily replacing the ordinary launcher buttons.
Found the App Hidden lock. It's a nice start, but not visualy appealing, not showing it's locked unless pressing screen, etc.
What do you guys prefer having on your home screens when it comes to widgets and apps?
Do you go for usability, productivity or design?
I don't like text underneath the icons on my homescreen and I shrink the icons in the app drawer. In all those years I regret that Google doesn't offer those options. So that leads me to ADW EX launcher, which I use on all my devices.
use nova launcher, have done since its initial beta release. i got for a default home screen which is minimal then a second right screen with a few more frequent apps. I always have a dock at the bottom for most frequent apps and try and increase the dock from the standard size with smaller space between icons. I dont like text underneath any icon
I've used Nove for some time. Great launcher. Love swipe gestures. But I like functionality on my N5. Wondering if there are any useful widgets worth considering on an Android tablet.
xposed
I like xposed framework because of the neat different transparencies and other features that it brings to the overall setup. it's going to be interesting to see how framework helps Android lollipop 5.0 customizations.
I use Nova as my launcher and use of the gestures.
Only one homescreen, no icons, only Dashclock widget. Keep it nice and clean. Swipe up to get the app drawer and that's only one page. Swipe down for Firefox. That's all I need, clean and simple.
I disable the lock screen too, waste of time.
