Hello everyone, I tried to skin my music player but one of the control buttons does not skin. Can someone please tell me why and what can I do to solve this or maybe post a good skin .cab. Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance.
by the way, I am using cht2.0
The needed manila file are:

I just edit previous post, manila files are in the \Windows folder
Sorry Sir, previous message are incorrect; I Take a look into my wrong folder. (I take a look in CHT 1.8)
The one used fore CHT 2.0 is the same as used on the music tab.
I will take a look and communicate it in a fieuw minutes.

I am soooooooo sorry but I don't have a clue as to what to do, I found the files but what am I to do with them? Sorry for being a bit thick.

Maybe the easies way is to download/install the cab's from djcedric.
The music skin you are looking fore is create by him.

Ow yeah, I see. You are probably on stock Rom!?
This issue was already existing on previous work of DJC (at the time of Anastasia Mode) it's a issue what came's only with stock Rom.
The best tip I can give you is to contact DJC about this, I know he have a fix cab fore it, Normally I have it also; (I have tested his work in the beginning) and he give me a fix cab; problem is where I storage it? so long ago I used stock Rom I have almost 15GB of data of my device (Backups/cab's/ original Manila files...) on my PC, I think I must do some cleaning fore it.

Have you tried to search for the keyword snapvue and select "posts" & not "threads" to look for the results?

I've seen a couple of copies floating around - especially when intergrated (pre-installed) into ROMs
HOWEVER - I have not seen a _stable_ copy of SnapVUE for the Universal; nor one of those big today plugins (HTC Home, SnapVUE, etc) that doesn't eat RAM

Strange, but SnapVue doesn't work for me. There's only a black screen after installing and selecting in Today Settings.

Same here, I have tried many different ROMs with SnapVue intergrated but on my current 2.09.01 BL+ B_V1 I cannot get this to work. Any ideas boffins?

1. Change the wallpaper on phone.
2. Change the boot image. Not the start up animation.
3. I would also like to remove the themes that arent being used. Please help me asap. THANKS! I want to release this my build tonight.

Well the back ground will be stwater.jpg or a tsk file and the bootscreen will be welcomehead.96, as far as unused themes they should be tsk files! Hope fully this is what you need!

This is absolutely correct. Search for the TSK files and take out the ones you don't want.
The default backgrounds etc are in:
\SYS\base_dpi_96_resh_240_resv_320
The background is: Default_stwater_240_320.gif
To change the boot screen background you need the splash tool...I included it in the kitchen I uploaded for you.
It is a two step process...take the file and upload it to the splashtool.exe...save it. Then you have to convert it using nb_image_converter.exe.
Once you have the nb file, you can build a rom with htcrt.exe and select your splash.nb for the splash and your correct os_new.nb for the system. You can mark you build etc there. Also make sure you select kaiser for the device.

No problem. Don't forget, I released the kitchen to you in your other thread. I also released it in the Phoenix thread for anyone that wants to use it. It is really Bepe's kitchen with phoenix guts and some tools I have gathered along the way that I find useful.

Did it - see attached file.
Copy it anywhere on your device, rename the original shellres192 to shellres192.dll.bak, put the new file into the windows folder (use Totalcommander), softreset and enjoy. After all you may delete the *.bak-File.

tryed to post a link to a fine tutorial over there on hardwarezone, but the link was broken - best tutorials are right here by tsowen and so on...
-> you need three tools:
unsigner.exe to unsign the *.dll
ResHacker.exe to replace the icons
MSigner.exe to resign the *.dll

This is normal! It shows that your qicklinks are hide! When you wipe with your finger from the Bottom to the Top you will see 6 more quicklinks! Then these little thing will show in the other direction.

Also I know that what I'm trying to do it is posible "coz I saw it in other leo phones, but I don't know how do it.

If your using the standard wm file explorer then it probably wont let you replace that file........
try searching out and using a file explorer called "total commander".......
that should let you replace the file.......
if that still doesnt work then post the manila file here and I can make a cab for you.......

I tried to replace it with "total commander" but instead of replace the original manila file it just added a new manila file as a copy one in windows.
So, if you could make a cab for me I'd really appreciate it, here attached is the manila file.

ok no problem....
the only other thing I can suggest is to download cfc gui and trawl through every manila file in your device until you find it....
that however, is a very time consuming solution......
