MIUI.us site has a development section that has themes.
The android section on XDA has themes for MIUI.
Rootzwiki also has themes for MIUI.
You can also download themes from the theme function in MIUI. You can apply the entire theme or customize it by selecting certain parts.

Does not exist.
Theme chooser you're thinking of should be for CM roms.
Go download different launchers if you want to choose theme those.
Or search for uot kitchen.

You could try loading feralab's rom or donut hd rom, they both have Xperia s icons if im not mistaken.
Also theres a theme around here that has them to if you dont want another rom

I use ROM ToolBoxPro. Now I want to customize my status bar icons. When I install certain things like the battery, it doesn't change. Was wondering if you guys can tell me why. Also tried changing the status bar color itself through ROM toolbox and it does not work. Would any of you guys happen to know how to make it work or maybe another app that can help me customize stuff like that? Also looking for icon packages. Thanks.

Does your ROM use Themes? If not it's probably not going to work no matter what app you use. If your rom does support themes then I don't really know. Sorry if I'm not much help.

How will I know if my ROM supports themes? Will say on the ROM thread?

It usually does say if it does or doesn't in the thread. If not you can always ask.

I believe in order for any themes to work it has to be completely deodexed. I know it doesn't work CyanogenMod and I believe it's because it works with it's own theme engine which you can download themes for with the ROM Toolbox. Otherwise, the only ROM I've got to work with it was a stock deodexed ROM.

i could be wrong hopefully someone with more knowledge will jump in
and help answer

ok then it should support themes
but the rest is what i posted in my other post
so you may have to wait patiently for an answer
Well its not putting the modded icons in the right folder, so you need to do it manually
