have anybody managed to blink those 4 lights in a case of missed call/sms
I allready tried with app called missed call, but it only blinks a few moments after I receive call or sms...
Yep, it only blinks for a few moments. Maybe you can try Handcent SMS for SMS; you can set it to blink every minute if you have unread messages(if I remember correctly)

Since a few weeks, the following happened. When I receive a SMS or there is a missed phone call, the LED light slowly blinks. But that light doesn't blink when there is a SMS, but is does for a missed call.
How to solve this?

I using a S710 with Dr Gonzo's WM6.1 v1.1
I've set the Profile options as "Vibrate and sound" for messaging, emails, and Calls.
But whenever there's a missed call, the phone vibrates about 25-30 seconds after the missed call, multiple times.
Same goes with SMS, the sound notification comes first, then sometime later, the vibrations.
Sometimes it vibrates for no apparent reason, even after checking the missed calls list.
It's kinda irritating now. I've put off the vibration option for all except voice calls for now.
Is it fine after you put off the vibration?
I think its not the phone which gives the late vibrations, but the reminder script. it keeps notifying untill you check the missed calls.
You should remove the script notify.mscr from the startup. It will resolve your issue.

is there any app in the market that could use the top LED ( the one that lights up when charging) to notify us of miss calls and messages?
not sure about the led, but trackball alert lets you customise the colour of the track ball for different notifications e.g. missed call etc...
I'd like a top led too, but I don't thinks it's possible on the N1.

hi, i have this problem: led doesn't blink when i have missed calls or hangouts sms...and another strange thing is that when my phone is locked and i receive a call it unlocks automatically....how to avoid this and get led notifications working??? (i have enabled it under display settings)

You probably have other notifications; new sms, missed calls, facebook notifications, etc.
Yes also try turning off the LED notification and then turning it back on, Maybe it'll help
