This is a ROM based on Windows Mobile 6.1 Build 20931. It is different from other ROMs as it has no phone application, no messaging, no STK service, no SIM Manager or any phone related application. That means more storage and more free RAM. This ROM is currently vanilla only. It includes:

-Smartskey

They are currently both loaned to friends with broken phones.
Are you using Ham3r's driver to enable read/write access to the extended ROM?
Have you considered a 6.5 ROM without phone? That might work out well, if the absence of phone leaves more free RAM.

No, I am not using that driver. I will try to cook it in my next ROM release. I'll also start cooking WM6.5 and 6.5.x versions of this ROM.

When you click on X nothing happens, I had Boring Rom installed, try and install htc x app, nothing in the right hand corner works x, ok etc

im not uip to scratch on rom working,
but iirc a base rom is basically just that, the camera requires additional software to work.. its not part of the base core rom

Windows media player problem
Windows media player keep crashing when try to play video file. It does start playing the file and after approx 2 min it will carsh and system need reboot. Windows live already been reported by "pumpiron" not working.
im trying to run rom!

Wifi problem
First of all, thanks for this ROM.
I think wifi doesn't work. After flashing Com manager show that WIFI is on but the systray icon doesn't appear even after switch off and on the wifi.
I have to rollback to another Rom and Wifi work fine.
I hope you find an issue.

Is the Bluetooth working in this ROM?
having problem with joystick with this OS, doesnt do up and right, just left and down, which is annoyin, any1 else having this issue, didnt happen with wm6
Edit_1 : Jus cleaned the phone, the joystick area, got it working but not as it use to be, had another sp5, swapped the joystick board its workin much better now.

Bluetooth works, but wifi i dont know. I dont have Wifi and nobody posted if my attach works, so i cant say you that.

Yes, you can always flash back to any other rom.
@illi So you are finally in business!!! Were you able to figure out Nitro's Kitchen? I was able to Cook a ROM, haven't bothered to flash it. Im happy with Nitros Platinum as my main phone ROM. Am still waiting for a 6.1 aswell. Keep in touch mate.

So i can install it finally, but ...
i think it's time llimit version (trial) because i set date before june i can running but it send me: "set up date"
i install this version after that i can install the newer version i set the regional settings US and works now...

I installed two versions at the same time. LazaPasi's and the 10.6.0034.0800 version.
After installing and soft resetting, I did come further than ever, but after entering my accountinfo, I was shown the message that there was no service or bad reception. The tries after that resulted in me getting sent back to the starting screen with the searchbar and the "sign in to windows live" text.
Any suggestions ?
