Sportsbook App for Android for Real Betting? - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

I moved over from Windows Mobile and loved the mobile betting app that vip.com had.
Now I'm on Android and the only things I can find are fake money programs, odds listing programs, and mobile sites.
Is anyone aware of an actual app??

Androids a bit different, you need to download them as APK files

Table of all Android app stores

I haven't worked on this in a while, but it is very comprehensive. It is a comparison of all Android app stores that I have found. Just tell me what you think and what changes I should make.

I'm not going to add pirate app stores or websites like Androlib and Appbrain.

Is the xdadev app gonna go Mango?

Instant resuming in particular. Just a query!

Agreed (10 char)
They need to get the person who did the wp central app to make one for xda. That app is fantastic.
I don't mind supporting xda but this app is not that good. Its slow, navigating through forums is a pain. I like the concept and see the potential for a faster mango supported app. Im sure they are working on it

it would be nice if there was an ad supported version but its only $.99 so it's not that big of a deal

Hope that a Mango version is in the works but unfortunately I doubt it as there hasn't been any support for this since it was made available. Great potential but maybe just too hard to maintain. Hope I'm wrong.

I don't pay for apps, no matter how much they cost or how useful they are, only app i would pay for is one that would make a whole bunch of Latinas extremely attracted to me. other than that i only pay for games and music.
Many of us cannot pay for it no matter how cheap it is because our live ID is tied to a region different from where we are actually living...

[REQUEST] Status Shuffle App

There's this application on Facebook which has thousands of random random and funny statuses which I'd like to see on android. iOS already has an app for it so why can't android too? I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be too hardto develop it if you knew what you were doing, I sadly don't.
I'm sure there's many other people who would love to see an app like this on the market also. Cheers.

I think it would be cool too! I've seen it on both iOS and on WP7 so like you, WHY NOT US?!
BUT while we wait for some developer to do his or her thing.....here's what I found
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.eden.statusphere
I'd guess it's just needing the API or something. I don't know. it says it's incompatible with my intl S2? Lol.

Is there a chance anybody has the apk handy? I haven't even found one on any of the usual sites

Bump to see if anyone has it...

Google or check search the market for "Statusphere", it's new so there aren't a ton of funny statuses but I'm sure it'll get better

Bluetooth security question

Hello, I am an Android user (4.4.2)
I have a question about bluetooth security.
If I connect to another Android device that is infected with a virus, is there a chance that mine can get infected too? Doesn't bluetooth security feature disallow transfer of data that is not approved by the users?
Also is there any Android security feature that can deal with this?
Thank you

No android virus has ever been found.
Check my post from yesterday in this thread for a link explaining why.

It seems like xda users generally agree that there is no Android virus.
But what about FBI documents and bunch of articles that talk about android virus? Are they lying?

I'm not in the group of generally agreeing, I'm in the group of, read some informative articles explaining why its not even possible. Then posted a link to one of said articles in another thread last night. (The noob friendly thread)

Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Due to the fact that FaceTime is an Apple app, and is completely hooked up when an Apple account is registered on the Apple device, and also due to the fact that you really can't get at Apple's internal app files, there is positively no way to do this.
Sorry.

Your closest bet is for you and your other party to download the skype app. Skype is available on both iOS and Android which will allow you to have video chat over your phones/tablets.
Hi
Just wondered how legit this app is:

Anyone tried it?
Thanks
