If you want nice themes, you should consider flashing another rom with wm 6.5 and cht.
There are some nice themes for cht and it's fully customizable.
Search for the threads: Dinik glass theme --- Sencity --- GTX Theme

If you have stock rom, (i assume you do if you're asking how to flash), go to HTC support to get the latest rom for TD2. Easy to do.

i am looking a tsk theme for wm 6.5 with the color of htc (black with green selection).
i tyed to use the one from wm 6.1, works, but i cant use the png for the scrollbar and the other.

Hi all,
anyone knows how to find a transparent taskbar? (MS 3.5.4 + MobileSense)
I did al lot of searching, but it seems not to be as easy as" get this cab, install it and that´s it...". Mostly you have to combine different progs like "HDWall", "Mortscript", I C Thru" etc, but that all didnt work right for me. Any easy way???

Custom Theems and cabs for with no sense?

Can anyone help me find custom themes that replace the windows default theme with better cooler themes? I hate htc sense and the cookie home tab and just want some tight windows default themes without all the manila crap.

try the windows forum
you need to look for titanium home screen themes and add ons.
never saw a person, hating manila and/or CHT... lol
