Neo homescreen from T-Mo Shadow?

Hi everyone, what do you say on the new T-mobile's homescreen for HTC Shadow device (http://blogs.msdn.com/windowsmobile/archive/2007/11/01/shadow-homescreen.aspx)?
It would definitely be worth having it on other phones, do you think it can be done?

As far as i know it is for Windows Mobile Standart (Smartphone) only, but can not be sure until i try it

Sure it can be done. The only thing you need is dumped T-Mobile shadow ROM. If you can get that, you can get the homescreen.

What i wanna know is if there is a reg edit to get the to take myfaves away from the first tab on the home screen so i can see the date and time there instead like in the first picture. That would great.

As written in linked article, myfaves are only enabled on T-Mo SIMcards, others see the clock instead, which is great. Now, where to get the ROM?

Let's just hope that someone will dump their phone's rom
To all shadow users: Who can dump their phones rom ?

I'm not sure how to dump my rom, but I hope someone figures it out because I hate this my fave on my homescreen. I would also like to keep the neo interface but be able to add my own apps to it...I wish I knew how to help..g

If you're not on a MyFavs plan, can you still use the MyFavs on the interface as a poor-man's photo dialer to five numbers of your choosing?

May be someone could help Gottifour to dump his rom? I don't know how to do this for sure..

What do you guys think about the ever growing eyecandy that is being used in all different mobile devices? Is it doing something good for the usability or just eyecandy that blinds the user?

as far as I know, you can use itsme's tools for all htc devices. Sorry that i can't try this myself on the shadow. I have the t-mo MDA and an ancient mpx200

Reading up on what may become my next device. Saw an article referring to the HD having a Stock tab. This would be a must have for myself!

Digging up an old thread here, but what ever happened to the stocks tab? You guys made a new Calendar tab from scratch... is any one working on porting the stocks tab over?

Sorry rpmccormick but that was pretty lame.... you can google all you want but it is still hard to find the correct file... and there is no clear process listed anywhere around.
I would love to see a cab that can just add the stock tab.. with very little effort.

You cna get a beter Stock tab with the TP2 Manila port form XBMOD. Just look for a Raphael ROM with Rhodium Manila or instlal the cab form here:

Great!!! Thanks I took my time and got it installed and working! I love it. Only thing is the Stock tab does not look like the one above. I kind of like the perspective view of the chart and the way it looks like the contact and email tabs. Is there a way to get it with that view?

Cant find good link for a wm 6.1 black

hi iv been trolling through here looking for a good black wm 6.1, i have found a couple but they dont seem to work at all or the links are dead, does anyone know of a good link and rom that im looking for, i know how to flash and have flashed my shadow multiple times but now i have the tmo wing and want to customize it, ok any good links are much appreciated

thanks for the link, i hadnt seen that one before i just used the site search engine too look, although alot of the links are still dead and or broken, will keep looking for black wm 6.1 theme, with a link that works

how do i know what i have SPL, IPL or hardspl, that might help me, iv flashed several but none are what i wanted, im using opetouch 6.1 now and have changed to black theme, but the weather icon i dont like i wanted the colored icons of the sun or even moon, and the weather to work, it says my weather is 7 degrees 24 hrs a day lol, so if anyone can post direct links to a specified rom thread that has pics that would be great, here is a post of what im looking for, or something close to it, but i dont kniw if it will run on my phone anyone who can tell me please post

[REQ] WM6.1 Today Screen Notifications Plug??

Does anyone know of a today screen plugin for Windows Mobile 6.1 similar to this? I just basically want to be able to see how many missed calls, texts, emails, and voicemails I have. I can't seem to find one, and I've spent a good amount of time searching already, and all that pops up are today screen replcements like TF3D/Sense, SBP Mobile, PointUI etc, and all I want is a basic today screen notification plugin that looks simple as the Titanium one. Any thougts? Any thoughts, contributions? Much appreciated from this fine community!

Why don't you just use the Titanium?

You can configure rlToday to do that (and a bunch of other stuff), but it will take a little work.

PhoneAlarm is one possibility. Does what you ask, looks the way you want it to and much more. The forum won't allow me to post a link to the site (I'm a noob) google Pocketmax and look at phoneAlarm.

Looks great, but doesn't use the native applications for contacts, messages, etc. This was the closest to what I was looking for though.

True, but I'd rather stick with the built in plugins then, time doesn't permit for me to delv into that stuff really. Thanks for the suggestion though, might look into it when I have time.

Anyways, all great suggestions for 6.1, it's kinda sad to see 6.1 development just die off because 6.5 is out, I'm sure there's still quite a few of us that prefer 6.1 to 6.5 in some ways.
EDIT: Found my answer, SPB PhoneSuite does exactly what I want. Paired with Traveler, it makes 6.1 a pretty enjoyable homescreen with the right theme. Wish someone would make an app for 6.1 to create themes.

I collect the watches and love them to death. Would sure love to have an awesome clock widget on my phone that matches my wrist. I found one in an HD2 thread but it is for CHT and I don't think that works on my phone running Myn's 2.2. Here is a pic of what I am looking for. Maybe this is already out there, otherwise I would be willing to cough up a ransom for something like this too.

Where did you get the images of the dials? I've got a Black Seal Automatic that I wouldn't mind seeing in a widget. I'm looking to get into Android development and this might start me down that route.

I would ask in the thread you found the attached image for the base .psd file used to make the clock faces. It should be just a matter of getting the hands on there as well (maybe include a picture of your watch for reference or again ask the original dev for his .psd files for those as well) which probably wouldn't be too hard to do. If you get all of that try asking iamthebigcheeze if he could throw it together for you. Like I said with all the right image files already created it really shouldn't be hard to throw together a flashable for this clock.
On a related note, I'm a watch lover too but I'm a Tag Heuer fan
