Hi. Lastnight i took my SDHC card out and used another one to test run a couple of new Andriod builds released recently. After i was done i put my original SDHC card back in however when i went to try and use google search it did not work.
I can access my google account perfectly fine on any PC but my phone cannot, the error is simply that it cannot load the google.com page and when i try to sync google it simply failed, the market said there was a network error.
this morning i erased the Andriod of the SD card and started a fresh one, now it wont work anyways, cant access anything google, and cannot connect to the google account, says it cannot create a reliable data connection.
Again the google account works fine on the PC, i signed in to look for anything in relation to partnerships with phones but did not find anything.
Just to clarify, the Data works fine on the phone. It is "Only" Google related stuff that basically times out when trying to access them.
What the Hell has happened !??!
Update- I called Google here in australia, theyr in sydney. I explained my issue and the wonderfull Girl at reception sent my account and explination of the problem to some google techies and 20 minutes later i checked my phone and the problem is resolved.
I might be allot more carefull about adding my google account to every rom i find i think is cool and wanna test drive....

Since today morning market on my desire doesn'y connect to....
"A server error has occurred. Retry, or cancel and reryrn to the previous screen"
What I tryed:
1. Connections via wifi and gprs/3g.
2. The same after full wipe...
3. Full wipe the tried anothe google account. it works!...
4. I have checked my card on the checkout.google.com. everything is well (I have replaced expired card to the new one)
I have red 3 hours threads in google support forums and see people didn't find solution.
Is probably someone here finded the solution?

ITs got nothing at all to do with checkout, google or your cards, its not related at all.
I dont know what your runnin, are you rooted? Are you on CM6? what rom are you running? Either reflash the gapps. I dont know why it works on one google acct but not another.
Are you able to access market at all with your regular acct? Where are you located? So many things i dont know that i need to know to help.

Not solved. Apparently I needed to use a VPN to connect my account though Talk. But now when my VPN isn't on nothing will sync and my gmail won't load. Until today I have never needed a VPN to log into my Google account. Something is obviously still wrong.
So I've flashed dozens of ROM's at this point and have never had this problem before. I have read all the threads and tried the following fixes ...
Pulled SIM and used WIFI
Factory reset
You Tube account ... This actually registers my Google info under accounts but won't sync at all. When I try to sync contacts or anything I get a red exclamation point and nothing happens.
Flashed other ROM's and different gapps.
Tried logging in though other gapps such as Talk and Gmail. Again YouTube will show up on my account tab as synced. It's green and looks synced but if I try to manually sync it the red error shows up again and nothing has actually been synced.
There must be a reason for this yes?
I should also mention that I'm in Shanghai. However I have never had a problem before. What gives? Why now? Could it really be that the server is down and I should just try again tomorrow?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What makes me think something is rotten is Chinatown is the fact that if I do use my VPN everything is OK. I'm hoping this isn't the case.
I'm searching for some old TB files I can toss on my phone to try and restore it to an earlier date. If that doesn't work maybe a super crusty old ROM will work. I really am out of ideas at this point.
I wonder if getting rid of root and going stock would fix anything?

I have also same problem for past 3 days on China Mobile in Shanghai. I belive it should be something to do with the carrier or Network accessibility to Google products... I am on Galaxy S2.
Today I checked on couple of my friends with Nexus and Galaxy S1 and confirmed that they also face same problem...
Currently the only Google app that's working is Google Translate ... The rest however won't work without my VPN on.
So it looks like this is both CMCC and Unicom so far. I don't even know if there is anything else.
The funny thing is Google + has been working on my phone from launch with no problems. Not anymore though.
Anyway there are so many places selling Android devices in China I could only imagine that this is temporary.
I wonder if there is any way to edit some of the carrier info to make things work?

It looks like it's happened before, and after about 3-4 days it sets itself aright...
Anyone figure out a workaround? I was using a pretty good VPN, but the android version only has pptp and therefore barely works here. I can't get any programs, email, or anything on my phone after a factory reset... this makes me sad.

It's been like that for several days now...I'm with CMCC. After sometimes it'll be okay as usual....black "magic" I would call it.
VPN is a no no for me, used to work fine till they block it. I'm using SSH Tunnel now...no problem in general except from time to time (once in a very blue moon like now) when "they" cast their "magic"
Without tunneling. market couldn't get through these days.
How annoying. I even tried taking out my SIM card, and doing a hard reset, and then trying to download my software from my WIFI, but it's not a DDWRT router so I can't access the VPN.
Is there software that can turn an OpenVPN connected computer into a Wifi router? If I logged into my computer which is on a VPN, maybe I could at least re-download all my apps from the market......

I got the same problem like last 5 days ...i m in China too ..with china unicom ...i tried everything possible like factory reset, uninsalling and installing gapps, install stock image , cache cleaning ....BUT ...CAN'T LOGIC GOOGLE ....
at last i used VPN on my phone ..and its sync and connect in a second ...problem gone...Happy to have my fully functional phone back

Just trying to log into the market .. yes now we can access the market and other google products..
whenever i download an app via android market web store, or send a link from chrome to phone, my phone will NEVER receive it.
it has worked flawlessly before, but seems to have stopped after i rooted.
any way to fix this?

Sending links to your phone requires an app called Google Chrome To Phone. You need to start up the app and agree to the terms before it will receive links, so give that a shot, even if you feel you have done that before.
Both sending links and having apps automatically installed rely on a Google Talk connection. You'll want to also check if Talk is connected as well.

i've used chrome to phone many times before, and have uninstalled/reinstalled on desktop and phone, logged in with another account, and nothing is working! i've also downloaded many apps from android market web store with no issues until recently when i rooted.
and it worked before without me being signed into google talk.
Try to reinstall the market can work in it
You may want to make sure you can log into Talk just to confirm the talk connection is working for things other than push. But if you know that already works...
I think it's time to go back to your Nandroid backup you took before rooting. If you're using a custom ROM, it may also be worth taking a backup and going back to stock to see if that improves the situation.
Then when you try rooting again, just test C2DM every now and then to isolate the step that causes things to stop working properly.

i had same problem try to reinstall market
lol I have no idea I'd my talk connection is working or not. when i launch talk, there is a little 'x' button beside 'Offline' under my gmail account, and when i sign in, the 'x' button is still there, although i have seemed to sign in. i dont have any contacts in google talk so i cant test if its properly working.
will try redownloading market to see if that works as well, thanks!
ill save unrooting to a last resort i guess :/
update:
ive tried redownloading market, but nothing changed. when i downloaded an app from the android market on the desktop, i didnt receive it on my phone, although the button said 'installed' on my computer.
i've also tried removing my account from the phone, and then downloading an app. the market (on desktop) still said 'installed' when there wasn't any phone linked to the email...
honestly i have no idea how to fix this.
My music manager was working fine until one day it decided to crap out and tell me that it couldn't connect to the Google play server when i know I have internet access.
Steps I have taken:
uninstalled and grabbed the newest version and did a fresh install.
Rebooted the PC
Called Google
sent log files to them
held shift when pressing retry and entered the code
called again
They told me it was passed on to a specialist who doesn't work on weekends and also never responds to email and that its been taken care of.
At this point i have convinced myself they don't know what they are doing or nothing is being done since its been 3 days since they have responded on an email with the specialist I have been talking to.
At this point I'm trying to do anything to get it to work so I can upload my new songs and listen on my phone when im in the car.
If anyone has had this issue and could tell me what they did to get it fix that would be great since Google is doing nothing.

I have downloaded market unlocker and everything goes well I changed the market and so on. But the next day I discovered an issue, I opend play store and it says no connection, then I realized it was on an wrong market, I changed it and opened play store and it keeps saying no connection. I cleared cache and nothing happened I reseted the phone (moto g(xt1032))and it asked me to log in into the phone with a gmail,I did it and it says "Google can't find a save server or your sim card doesn't work with the phone, I took the sim out and tryd again and it doesn't work 2
So can pleas somebody help me, I can't log in to yt, play store gmail.
