Rooted 2.3.4 - Easy flash?

Does a rooted stock version of 2.3.4 exist that I can simply flash onto my Nexus S?

Differences:
- Added RU\UA localization to Reboot Option

Yes. Tested only with stock. Almost all custom ROMs already include reboot option so I think it is unnecessary for them.

1) with emulator ( not rooted deviced )
2) with realistic backgroud ( not pc-screen)
3) with touch-cursor effect
4) with freeware

- add media file ( video file from 2, image file from 3) and mix
