[Q]Where do I post questions for specific ROMs?

Hi! I have been lurking around these few months and getting my phone rooted thanks to the help here... (Using the Virtuous OS for my Desire Z)
And so, I will like to post a specific question for it but I can't do so in the official thread for that ROM (Got an error message about my post count).
So, may I know where else can I post it?

[Q] Question about posting in development section

Hello, I have an Arc with BL unlocked and rooted. Today i go on CM7 using {ARC/ARC S}[DEVELOPMENT] - CM7.1.0 - FXP041 FreeXperia Project post in development section.
All go fine at the first try, awesome ROM and great job from the team FXP. When I try to reply the thread to thanks the Team for the ROM and tell them that I am very grateful, hallucinated and excited with the release the forum says to me that i can´t post in that section because i am a new user :S. Also I can read that maybe I need to post 10 times in other forums before posting development section. I don´t want to troll forums for posting in development section. Someone knows a solution for my problem?
I don´t know where I should post my problem, so I choose Q&A section. If I am wrong please take the liberty of moving it.
P.D.: Sorry for my English.

The solution would be to make use of the "THANKS" button, which was made exactly for the purpose to stop thanks posts.

Read the hints for new users, it recommends you to ask questions here and also answer questions here, none of it would be trolling. 10 posts isn't that much

How am I supposed

So I don't fully understand everything I read on here. I am learning but when I have a specific question regarding a process how can I ask the developer if I am new on the site. I am trying to back down to v7 on my Lg Revo but my cpu is running 64 bit so my the dll won't install properly. They gave a fix for it but I don't fully understand how to do it but I can't ask the guys who know. Please help me.

You have to have 10 useful posts on the general xda forum before you can post to an xda developer thread.

starting fresh, and coming from nook tablet. can some1 walk methrough and link me to the proper thread when upgrading from stock 4.0.1 w/e to current cm 11 or other plz. vry new to this phone and its capabilities. any help is much appreciated.

You need to root your phone, then install BMM from play store and please refer this below forum for how to use BMM (Its a video tutorial) :laugh:
