i have recently purchased bluetooth hardware an was able to connect my prophet to my pc via bluetooth activesync
now my question can i browse the internet on my phone through my PC dial-up connection ??

When your HTC S710 is connected to ActiveSync via Bluetooth you can use the internet connection from your PC for the mobile phone. There is no need to configure anymore.
not able to connect internet to my desktop using mda vario II.
iam able to sync. both with usb cable and bluetooth. but not able to connect internet in my desktop.
internet is connected in the device.
modem is not visible in my desktop after connecting with the blutooth or usb cable. but i can do syncronisation.
i donot have wirless modem icon in my device.
please help and solve my problem
your pda doesn't supply a connection to your PC automatically.. it's only the other way around.
you can use either Internet Sharing (you can find material about it in this forum using the search option) or you can use a brilliant app called WMWifiRouter

New laptop (N10), our router isnt so good at wifi (!) so, I have my orbit one connected to the desktop via its usb lead and gets online no problem, I want to get internet on the laptop via BTooth from the phone

I have O2 atom with wm6.1. I want to share my desktop internet connection via usb with the ppc. How can I do that?I'm using wired adsl therefore it is not possible for me to have wireless connection unless i buy a new wireless adsl modem.

Hey guys. I have a small problem with my AT&T Fuze and the app called WMWifiRouter. I can succesfully connect my Sony Vaio laptop with Windows 7 to the internet by USB and wifi, but not by bluetooth. I know that Bluetooth PAN is required but my phone is listed as one of the devices that has Bluetooth PAN. I even checked and it has a Bluetooth PAN adapter. I recenetly bought a bluetooth dongle for my laptop so it can use bluetooth because i wanted to try the bluetooth connection. When i go and connect my phone and my laptop, it doesnt give a connection via PAN. It only provides DUN, the connection that WMWifiRouter says not to use. Can anyone help me to connect my fuze to the laptop via WMWifiRouter so i can use the internet?
