HEY you guys,
I hope you can help me. I have an Asus P565 with an english OS on it. And I want to change the language to german. In this Forum I founded out, that this is only possible if I do an reset an install a new OS ROM on it.
This is what I want to do, but I have search the hole Internet (I think )
and cant find an ROM that fits.
The orginal Rom from the ASUS Website shows an language error....
On this Forum I have found an ROM that schould fit, but it cant be downloaded any more, because the file is no longer online on rapidshare.
If anyone have an german ROM please post it here.

I bought a Qtek S200 in Zurich before leaving to China, where I live.
I did the already clasic mistake of not looking to the OS language. Was German. I am Spanins and I would need at least English version.
I have been surfing a lot until I saw this forum.
Could somebody tell me how to moev to English ? Seems that I need to change the ROM. Does this will change ALL menus in he Win Mobile ?
I saw a smart card JAFWM. Coudl be this a good and simple solution to my problem of language change ?

1. To change to English, flash the device with English ROM. You can choose between Qtek, Dopod, i-mate, etc.
2. To get the one of the English ROMS, go here to download: ftp://xda:[email protected]/Prophet/Shipped_Complete_Updates/

I'm thinking of buying a WM6.1 device (the Asus P320) i know its not branded 6.1, but thought you guys would know -- would it be possible to change the language of the GUI to English as it comes only in Chinese here. I don't have access to the english roms but would it be possible to do via the registry or anything else?

The language is part of the rom, if you buy a device with a chines rom only the chinese language is included. Theres no registry tweak, sorry.
I see -- anyone know where I can get english roms for the Asus P320? I searched the forum found a few for 525 -- but couldn't find where they got them.

Asus hasn't released the english roms out yet -- but when they do post it on their website -- would they be region specific? (e.g. chinese rom only workso n chinese device? as in teh case of updates) or would the rom completely replace the device regardless of region?
If the latter is the case i might just wait for the english rom to come out

I am total newbie in WM and I have this asus p750 from china(bulk order),
The language of the phone was in mandarin which I find its really difficult for me to read and understand.
Is it possible for me to flash my rom to an english version?
Please note that I have already downloaded the official rom from asus(malaysian english version) and tried but it said that my phone's region does not support that upgrade.
Can anyone please help?

I can not find much info on this forum for my phone, but I know that this forum was very helpful when i owned a tilt II. I now have a Toshiba G910 portege, but it's in Russian. So from the research I have been doing, I guess the ROM is Russian & you can't just "change the language setting" to English? So I need to replace the ROM with an english ROM..??
Anyway I know this forum is primarily for HTC phones, but can anyone tell me the general steps needed to replace this ROM or get it in English?

I hope that someone here can help me. I'm looking for a custom rom with original market for Android Mediaplayer Meteorit MMB-22.
The firmware i could find is these two: WORLDWIDEWEBPOINTunisupport.net/download/50700/SMARTIT.2012-03-22_10-59-45.zip and ftp.pearl.de/treiber/PX1537_12_107732.zip but one has no market and the other a rar market. (While I'm new, I'm not allowed to add a real link, sorry)
Unfortunately I a real noob, but I hope someone can tell me where to find a good custom rom. Anwser can be in English, Deutch, Français or Nederlands.
