I am toying with the idea with a splash screen for Ruby users. Here is an example I have thought of. Any feedback would be appreciated, this is my first time trying to make a splash screen so I am open to anything.

i think if someone takes the time to make wallpapers for us, it deserves a new thread IMHO
here's a metamorph i made for anyone who wants to change the button for the app drawer on launcher 2. extract the folder from the zip to AndroidThemes and replace the icons with whatever you want..

My Android dude. Focused matches the glow on the little dots in the corner. Pressed gets pressed (although your fingers on it, so you can't really see). Icon source: BigKobe @ DeviantArt (I can't post links yet)

attached are the files you need to flash.
the only thing is you have to rename the files.
rename bootanimation_thumbprint-scanner.zip to bootanimation.zip
rename splash_thumbprint-scanner.img.zip to splash.img

Ok, so this is not my first time making a splash screen, but my first time posting anything for the community. Special thanks goes out to tommytomatoe for his rosie.apk because I kanged the image from that. also thanks to the guys at the mikmik for the tutorial.

I haven't tested the animation on our device as I'm using a nexus s now (that's where I found the boot animation) so if somebody could test it and give feedback below it would be great.
