blockbuster or netflix

I've been searching the forums can't find. Anything. On. Blockbuster or. Netflix app is there anything on that

I think it was either the galaxy or droid x thats getting a blockbuster app. I believe i even heard something about streaming. Does anyone know if its exclusive to that particular phone or if they are eventually going to release it for all android phones?
i would love a way to stream netflix too.

Netflix is working on an android app. That is all I can say about it.

We will get Netflix... if not I will cancel my membership.

notice the bottom it says the epic will have a movie service and the evo will not...

I emailed Blockbuster to ask when they will release an android application since we know it exists on the droid x and they refused to give me an answer as to if or when.

To bad att only well give 2gb data before overages start. Not that it really matters you probably can only use it over wifi. Wish we could hulu.

Blockbuster will go bankrupt before an app comes it. Netflix is coming soon. I spoke with one of the top dudes at the company.

Everyone needs to harass these companies till we get the applications, especially Blockbuster because it already exists (I don't know anything about netflix). I imagine the Droid X has an exclusivity contract but it can't last for too terribly long.

Blockbuster is on the market,,, just search for it.

Not to mention that they have to pay for Hulu access. We can get the full Hulu site for free with a little tweaking!

Blockbuster was pulled from the market cause it wasn't formatted for all the phones or carriers yet. Kept fc'ing and not downloading. My guess is whenever netflix comedy out, it'll be awesome.

360 live app gone!

So I paid for the app among how many thousands of other ppl and Microsoft decides it wont allow 3rd party apps to gain access to an account that we the gamer/consumer pay for and google does nothing but pull the app or apps from the market and issues no refunds what the heck is that about ...its not about the money its about the poor business practices and the lack of protection of the consumer

I use an app called XBOX Live Statistics. It's nice because I can see if my friends are online or not, and I can send them XBL messages from my phone. It's a little slow, but worth the load time.

Its the fact all of us who paid for an app can now no longer use it and we got no refund from the dev or google but everyone will cry like babies about pirated software and protecting their work well im saying what's protecting our (the consumer) money.

I have paid for both apps and now I wont get updates to any of them... Nor will I get a refund for either of them. I dunno who I am displeased with more Microsoft, Google, or the app Devs

I also payed for this app... I got a bit pissed off when I noticed it wasn't available anymore

Absolutely not the devs or Google. Microsoft is at fault here. They disabled access and there was nothing anyone could do about it. Google could have given you the money back but you shouldn't be mad at them.

I didn't even know about this. I have xbox live statistics. Is the app no longer working? I haven't checked it in a day or so, but have a widget that treks me if I have any messages or how many of my friends are online. This is a real bummer and I hope the consumers show enough outrage that they allow access once again. This affecting other mobile platforms as well?

Yup that's exactly why these apps are useful. No need to keep booting up the Xbox or load the bloated website.
Removing access is not cool at all.

Buy a ps4 like iam going to I was a big xbox fan and I still like my 360 and xbox1 but after 4 POS 360s I will not buy the next xbox! And I did not buy win7 becuz M$ riped us 360 owners off with defetive ****y hardware! M$ really Sucks it all started after Bill gates left

They only pulled it because it cost money. Had it been free it would have stayed. That's their policy on the iPhone app store thus I assume the same thing here

I am. But then I'm in the UK and we're not allowed in on this one :'(. That makes me a saddddd Panda. Anybody have any idea if google have any plans to open it up to other countries any time soon? If they don't get it out internationally soon they'll miss the boat and apple will beat them to it with their cloud based services.

I signed up on the first day, using a proxy from Ireland, and still haven't gotten the invite What worrys me is: Does your phone have to be in the US aswell? Surly not...

First day signup and still waiting. Always seems like I am last for getting into Google Beta programs.

I got mine on Friday. It takes a long time to upload over 5000 songs.

moss and favre are gone, you mean worst NFL season ever?

The hacked version should still work. Does it not? I'm not a football fan but I downloaded it and couldn't figure it out. But hacked is hacked right? The APK is posted here on XDA (somewhere) so ideally you would be able to download that and install it.
Or does it not work anymore?

Unless they hacked it again, then no it doesn't work anymore.
Verizon figured out it was being hacked and sent out and update to the app mid season and it blocked all hackers including myself.
Best app ever and I miss it and hope someone can get it to work again.
And no I ain't going to Verizon just for the app.

There's also a boatload of dollar games at the Apple App Store for the iPhone and iPad. I think there was 40 games on sale for today. Most of them were $1. Sega and Namco had some $2 to $4 games...normally around $6.

what is your other phone? chainfire 3d can get around gpu support. then you can maybe change the build.prop file. unless the app registers over the internet to the phone.

Did you copy the 900MB of data off your SD card as well as the APK?

so it's not gpu support. probably has to do with the game data files. like mentioned above. there may be some sort of registration that goes on with that. it may work if you steel the files from the captivate, but it's prolly too late now since you already paid.

Okay...I just installed Nova 2 HD on my Inspire 4G and it won't play. It plays the opening movie and then goes back to the app drawer. I went to the Gameloft Facebook page to report it but they keep deleting my comment. I went to the Gameloft Twitter page to tweet it, but they delete the tweet immediately.
Looks like Gameloft has seen the only $1.98 they'll ever get from me. And I will be advertising about them everywhere.

It shows them as $4.99 now...

After contacting Gameloft customer support, I was issued an alternate download for my Inspire 4G, which works just fine.
I am impressed with how well the Gameloft support is.
