im using a froyo rom with the crap that is gallery 3d. is it possible to somehow get the htc albums on a non sense rom? or is the album so integrated into sense that they can't be separated.
or is there some alternative app for albums, where my pictures are not downsized?

I remember back in the original Hero ROM days from G1 we had ported the HTC camera & HTC music player to stock builds with the HTC libraries. Is there a port of the Desire camera with touch-focus & face recognition for CM & stock builds for Nexus? Also the music player. I love Sense, but I need bluetooth which doesn't work right for me in MoDaCo's Desire ROM, plus I want highmem back.
Any ideas? Anyone tried it?

is it somehow possible to export the Gallery from the HTC Desire HD and install it on the other Android mobile devices such as Samsung Galaxy S?
or, do you know some good and smooth gallery with full resolution multitouch zoom?
IF I'm right, the gallery in the Desire HD uses certain frameworks and what not with Sense, but I could be wrong. Just find a Desire HD rom, and take the gallery.apk and see what happens.
