Sprint Weather App, adding cities.

I have attempted to use the Weather Database Editor to add my city to the table but the program states that it cannot change the read-only attribute.
Using Total Commander, I can see that the file (2330fc3c_manila) is read only and there is an additional attributes: Is ROM which is on. This leads me to believe that I won't be able to change that file no matter what.
Is there any way to make the weather app point to a copy of the file in a different folder? If that is not possible, is it possible to change the app used for Weather to one that might be more customizable?
Or are all the files on the touch pro stuck in ROM and forever unchangeable?
Thanks,
Chris

[Q] Gingerbread Desktop WALLPAPER Files Location

When updating my T-Mobile HTC HD2 phone, I seem to have "lost" the new desktop wallpapers that were provided.
Can anyone tell me the folder location of these files? I am particularly interested in the "initial" default desktop file depicting a panorama oceanic view.
Appreciate your help -- I simply cannot locate this desktop file.

[Q] Camera save file location change possible?

I recall this was changeable on my wife's Incredible, but I've looked all over on the Transformer and couldn't find the setting.
I'd like to change the save file location for the default camera and Retro Camera+ to use my microSD card.
Is this possible?
I have not found a way yet. I am also interested in doing this.
I tried deleting the DCIM folder in /sdcard and making on on /Removeable/MicroSD but no joy.

Replace a wallpaper inside an app with a custom one.

Dear developers,
I installed meebo music player. The player uses background images as its skin. However, I want to replace these images with my own. I tried with Root Explorer. But the system does not allow me to copy the files to drawable folder of the app.
Can anyone tell me how to solve this? I want my wallpapers as skin. Please help.

Decompile the app, change the background images to the ones you want (keeping the same file names) within the drawable folder for your phone (if they are using multiple density drawable) and recompile, but if it uses any of Google's services the certificate will be different and those parts will no longer work.
