1) i installed an arabic font but i don't know how to put it on the htc tattoo (i have it rooted)
2) i am in Egypt and the market isn't available there....it didn't come with the phone....so can someone please provide me with the market apk so i can install it
........and does any one know how to make the htc tattoo write arabic?

can someone please help me , i am a newbie in the android comunity,
my question is that i need help how to install a rom on a htc magic branded vodafone .
i truly do not know how it works, (on my htc pro 2 , i do know), does this also work with the magic, do i need to place an hard spl , before do a rom change, and how do i do a rom change.
please can someone help me.

I have found that the vodafone magics do not need to have the SPL flashed (I have one myself). If you use the recovery image from this post

you can flash a ROM from your SD card. Just call it update.zip. You will need the android SDK. Being new-ish here myself this is the way I found to do it and still do use.

Hi I recently acquired an HTC Oboe T9199 phone and it is natively in Chinese. I would like to learn how to flash this phone using an english rom to make the language english. Unfortunately I have no idea how to do this, also where to get the rom.
I appreciate all the help and look forward to any replies.
Also I will be using my Tmobile sim card with this phone.
Still need help with this, is it even possible, I've tried searching through the forums but haven't found anything except guides for the Leo.

this seemed impossible.because this phone is not hacked, the SPL is locked..you cannot use any rom but only the official rom, which has not been updated for a very long time.
