It's more a brushed metal look.
Can you post the dl link for the current theme you're using? I can drop that widget in there if you'd prefer that.
What I'm doing is pulling the search widget pngs from the theme and dropping them into launcher pro then resigning the apk. It's easy if you have the sdk setup, autosign and 7zip... but familiarity with image names and locations helps too.
I'm non rooted and was hoping to change the google search bar to something that matches a honeycomb theme? Can anyone help with this? Please pm me!
I see lots of people wanting to change the google bar colour ,I want the standard white google bar.
Is it possible to put the older style google search bar on ics software.I have downloaded some coloured ones from the play store which are the right style but the browser opens the same colour as the widget,hard on the eyes.
Changing the color should be as easy as changing the color of the graphics in the framework apk of whatever Rom you're on.

There is an app on the google play that helped me to get the transparent google widget, it is called custom ICS search widget and it works for android 4.4 kitKat.
Note: I am not associated with the app, just found it as a solution

SiMiFolder.
I don't really like the way SiMi manages the files inside the folder. I prefer a full popup of all the apps instead of a tiny horizontal bar which has to be scrolled...
Minimal Layout Theme 05/05/2011
I thought i would post Pictures of a Minimal theme I created. To go with my other Minimal Stuff Posted On This Site! Its not fully complete
but if i get enough intrest i will post i when its done!
-Im using launcher pro plus with xtg widget skin. (gmail, facebook widget)
-Pure music widget (skinned by me)
-Photoslide widget (With Wallpaper as combine Background)
-Desktop Visualiser (blank png for buttons, Games widgets)
-Multi picture live wallpaper (to apply the different wallpapers)

Does anyone have a flashable or metamorph transparent version of the genie widget (news and weather). I still haven't found a better weather widget and I used to have a transparent metamorph theme for my eris, but it won't work on my incredible.
