*UPDATE* I have changed the name of my app to ScapeDice in order to avoid any future problems with registration of the word HeroScape. I have also added support for "Flag Bearer" dice, created an app icon, and locked app to portrait view only (no rotation).

Hello guys...just finished making an app for Android phones/devices using google's new app inventor software...I was looking for some HeroScape apps in the android market and to my surprise didn't find any at all...I was also at the same time getting annoyed by my dice always rolling off the table and getting lost...so I figured I'd put my "App Inventor" beta to good use...haha...was gonna try and upload it to android market but that feature is not built in to app inventor yet so...I decided to share it with you guys first...hopefully in the future I will be able to add it in the official app store...anyway...here ya go...
It should be able to simulate rolling up to 99 dice for each (which is more than enough IMHO)... Actually the only reason I say up to 99 dice is because I have set the display text on each dice face to only output 2 digit numbers because I'm using a big font size...So it could roll an unlimited number of combat dice but only the first 2 digits would display...

The app functions the same as rolling your real dice...so you have the same chance of rolling a skull, sheild, or blank as if you rolled 1 heroscape dice....(the new combined version)
In other words for each dice you roll...your chances are as follows:
skull = 3 out of 6 chance
shield = 2 out of 6 chance
blank = 1 out of 6 chance
It is exactly like rolling the real dice...
As for the 20 Sided dice roller... when ever you click the roll button it randomly chooses an integer from 1-20 and outputs the chosen number
So it is exactly like rolling a real 20 sided dice....
As you can see the top is for rolling Attack Dice & bottom is for rolling Defense... I also added a function for d20 rolling as seen on the screenshot 2

Very cool, I don't play but I just got into app inventor last week. I went through a couple of tutorials and made a sound board. What you did was a cool Idea. Keep up and make sure you post in the app inventor thread too.

Think of it this way, if you had your JPH firmware, and you could only install ONE third party app, mod or things like that, what would you install? Released an update that should fix the issue. Only thing that remains is if you play music and move to more quieter music the levels wont adjust unless you change the volume. I'll continue working on a final solution.

Released another update that makes the wallpaper a bit more enjoyable by giving it the full 3D treatment. Move from home screen to home screen to gain a different perspective!

After about 5 months I have finally gotten another update out! It's a complete rewrite of my first galaxy wallpaper and is much improved! Unfortunately it is now only available for Android 3.0+ (Honeycomb).

Need froyo compatible version. Android market allows different versions based on device. Can you make the old version downloadable for Android version less than 3.0¿

I watch a lot of TV shows and it is hard to keep up with new episodes. I also had trouble to trying to figure out which shows I have already watched.... thus I found the perfect app.
SeriesGuide informs you when a new episode comes out and you can mark episodes that you have already watched.

I have added a few settings to customize it; if anyone is interested I will push these changes back to GitHub and ask the author if we wishes to integrate them.

Regarding the widget, I'm also not too fond of it the way it looks right now. I do like the transparency, but the 'next' text in capitol letters is way to big. If that would be in normal text, it would be better. And the show covers could be doubled in size (thus increasing the line hight for each episode), so it'll be a little more easy on the eyes when watching the list.
Besides that, I very much love this app!
On a second note, perhaps a fourth theme could be implemented: 'rom default'. Install a recent version of Chainfire's SuperSU app and you'll see what I mean It matches the theme based on the used framework. So if you're on a Sense ROM, the app will be Sense themed, and if you're on TouchWizz, it will be TW themed.

There are no problem with this...if the app doesn't have similar concept of a TV show, it musn't be a problem...it is like if the TV launch a TV program called "Save Batery" and later nobady can launch an app or something else about save batery.. ( it's a stupid example).

Maybe the alert that appear at the beginning of the app confuse to you..but this app desn't have push notification adverts, In fact was my first decision when I develop this app..please check it because it's very important for me. Thanks

Hello all,
As a guitar player I've been missing a proper mobile application to record ideas that might pop into my head when I don't have a guitar (or recording studio) around. I got the idea of quickly being able to tap down tabulature and rythm into an app one year ago and started developing the app immediately. It has taken a long while, especially getting that latency down and make a responsive user experience. I've released the first version which I think many people will find useful, but I will continue to develop more features based on user feedback.
Creating a riff or solo is a two step process.
1. Touch all the notes you want in your riff. This includes bends, vibratos, palm mutes, chords etc. Do not think about timing of the notes, that's in step 2.
2. Press the "Record" button (button with circle in middle on top of screen). Tap when the next note should be played / strummed until the end of the song.
If you are happy you can now save the riff, or experiment further.
If you'd like to store the current state of your riff, you can save and clone it to continue in another file.
Anyways, I'd like to tell you about my app, hopefully you like it. It's available for Android phones currently, and should work on both phones and tablets.

Thanks for the positive feedback my own techniqe involved repeating the riffs in my head until I believed I would remember them... and I didn't , and many good ideas got lost on the train home...
