I'v had a good look around and i can't seem to find a good football app with live score updates and stats. I was using ESPN widget on my old N97 was wondering if there is something along the same lines out there

the only decent one i have found is football monitor, covers a majority of the worlds football leagues, and can be configured easily to get update from clubs you want.

i looked at the marketplace one but i would like summet along the lines of the amazin world cup apps that were around not so long ago
Do you mean the panoramic interface world cup app by the ex microsoft guy? That was just a prototype so I doubt there'll be an EPL one the same (and it didn't do live scores).
It's funny - I could appreciate how clever that one was but after a bit of use I found the interface had a bit too much motion - things flying about the screen when I just wanted to see the info. Parallax scrolling is great if you're playing games on an amiga but I'm not sure about it for apps.
this one also was very good had live updates and all fixtures, hopfully the dev will make a new on, he dos pocket F1 and Pocket moto gp and these are wicked

No worries - it's really good isn't it I love how you can so easily view everything (news, fixtures etc.) just your team, and the zooming in on stadiums is clever. Wish there were more apps that looked that cool on an HD2.

Feels very iPhone-esque and it's a big fail on Android.
The best software for tracking live play is Poker Journal, only problem is it is only for Iphone. Does anyone know any decent software on Android????

OP try "Poker Income" its not as good as poker journal (i used to use it aswell) but it will tie you over until someone makes a better option.

I've just tried to get it and it says I've just missed the Easter Rabbit, and to like them on Facebook or follow them on "Tweeter" to find out when the next free game goes live =/

Well it is Gameloft, did you really expect them to get it right?
A few of my friends and I (specifically my teammates) started up a fantasy hockey league for the 12-13 season (if they reach a collective bargaining agreement that is) and I wanted to stay on top of things with the team i manage.j
So here's my request:
-A fantasy hockey app using ESPN servers
-Shows players/roster
-Lets me edit my team
-Lets me view my standings in the league
-Alerts me when a player is injured/scores/wins a game/etc.
So if anybody could do this THAT WOULD BE AMAZING!! I don't care if I'd have to buy it from the play store (well under 5 bucks i mean) but thanks a million times in advanced for anyone who could pull this off.

Thanks, I tried their app on iOS before and didn't like it too well. This one looks better though so ill give it a shot.
