Hi everyone,
Today I got the idea to set the softbarbuttons using Cookie's Home Tab mod instead of using the original button images. This way I was able to remove the close and ok button background, while replacing it with the Windows 7 'show desktop' bar/button.

As I'm very pleased with the result, I wanted to share it with you
Usage:
Make sure you have Cookie's Home Tab 1.8.5 or higher installed
Pick your favorite wallpaper, copy to phone
Open the Win7200.psd and paste your own wallpaper as background
Save as jpg or png to your phone
Use Cookie's Mod to set the wallpaper you want
Use Cookie's Mod to set the Softbar and Taskbar to the image you created, don't softreset
Install the cab to remove the button backgrounds and windows button, softreset now
PS: taskbar and softbar images can be colored if you like by editing the layers in the .psd

As I couldn't get to sleep, I made another theme, based on the Hewlett Packard wallpaper Titanium1.

thanks for the reply, but im looking for the Start Menu background not the today wallpaper.. or is there a .tsk that already has this setup? im willing to make the tsk if there isnt yet.. but the image is needed.. thanks again
i know for a fact that sakajati uses it in his hyperdragon roms try pming him
nir he was talking about the fact that the start menu is split up with lines unlike the default 6.1

This is *.tsk (theme) wallpaper for manila background but not for Start menu background. Glossy taskbar is for top and bottom taskbar color but not for Start menu background.
I have a Windows Mobile 6.1 phone (Samsung i637).
I want to change the select bar of the Sliding Panel.
I found a file in the forum, called BronzeresBlack6.1.dll, but this file change also the icons.
I want to have the original icon, but I want a black bar like image.
Attached you can fin the original bronzeres file, and bronzeresblack.
Could you please help me to add a black battery to original bronzeres file?
I have tried change the 4000.png, but I can not sign the dll file after edit, and the phone did not recognize the Screen Design.

I installed the BlackBarsScheme on my 6.1 device. It worked and it did what you want. However, I did not like the look of it.

Ok, "select bar" was confusing. You want to shade the sliding panel itself. Did you try the software stylez recommends? It has what you need to sign the dll.

I am also looking for a cab the will turn the htc messaging icon color also like sergio made doesn't necessarily have to those exact icons.
Also the black top taskbar (not the icons) in energy's theme:
-Last but not least I am looking for a cab that restores all the highlighting to the original lime green. I am using a rom that shows it as grey and I am not to fond of it. I am only able to find cabs that change the highlighting to anything but green.
I have requested some of the stuff from sergio... he did not reply so I didn't want to push him. I know hes really busy.
I would really appreciate anyones help. I have been searching and browsing for hours.

You can try to look for them in the Themes section of Dev&Hacking.
Also, you could try asking the cooks for the cabs used for their skins.
Trying to find a metro theme for CHT 1.8.
Running that and wall. I have the top and bottom bars sorted with HDwall but not all the onscreen widgets, Carrier bar or slider.
Can someone help.

I want the same, to be able to use Cookies HT, custom backgrounds for all the screens but have transparent bars, since its a very clean look. as of now i'm still using HDWalls, I dis-enabled the regular wallpaper mode and enabled HDWalls by going to home screen menu> Cookies HT Editor> scrolling down to Wallpaper mode. Then just install HD cab with Transparent bars.
I feel like its lose not having the regular wallpaper, not those black task bars are ugly and it takes away 104 pixels from the screen.... even with the hq patch, it seems like its zoomed since its actually 696x480 display size after the space used from the black task bars. so i want the best of both worlds. regular wallpaper mode and transparency top and bottom
Okey, so I made myself a theme since I could not find anyone that suited my colour needs.
Im using this theme with Superman Romcontrol and Flat Style Bar Indicators to get the look I want to.
I do not think you will get the pure black incall UI without RomControl, could not find any options for it in Theme Editor.
Im also using Nova Launcher and Textra SMS, so I am not really sure how this theme will look on the OEM launcher or in the Messages APP.
This was intended for personal use so I do not think there wil be any updates.
Im not a pro theme maker or anything!
If you wanna try it out just try
DOWNLOAD IS AT THE BOTTOM
For the S7 Edge Modell
1) Install the APK
2) Hit free trial when you see the theme in theme store
3) You have a free minutes so quickly use your root explorer and go to /data/overlays/jsonfiles/trialjson and move the file to /userjson
4) Go to /data/overlays/perferences and delete everything
5) RESTART
6) The apply Theme for Themes in settings once more, and you are good to go
The colours looks better on phone screen than in these pics at my computer
