These are also located in astronouts thread up top but i thought I'd repost them here, these are the sms skins I have personally converted to work on the HTC Mega. I do not claim to have created any of them, I just re-wrote the css's and edited the images to run on our fantastic phone.
If it doesnt work, uninstall then install SDKCerts and reinstall your chosen skin

I'm making another original skin like Omnia atm (I like the Omnia skin, looks kinda neon-ish) but my next skin is going to be completely different.

The animated skin is coming along nicely but re-writing the css files the way I want is harder than I expected.

Can you make an iphone type based on light blue background with white and grey (or light yellow) text boxes? Sounds boring but I like a clean version.

Speech bubbles are ok.....lighter blue indeed than default iphone and white or light yellow instead of the green

I dont mind doing just plain text boxes if thats what you'd prefer.
I'll get working on it after ive finished my current skin, wont take 10 minutes.

Hi, After I installed, it doesn't work well. Is there something wrong? I installed Minishhippo_Iphone skin first. Then I restart. Nothing changed. So I install sdkCerts again. and I reinstall Minishhippo_Iphone skin. Still not working. Please give me a guide line. Thanks.

Odd are you using a touch 2/mega? because if not there are 2 additional steps required. let me know.

go to setting > system > remove applications and find the skin, soft reset and you're done.

Sapphire Theme
This is a blue version of EnamoRED....with a few changes After testing if out a bit.....changing a few minor thing, I am putting this theme out for everyone to use. I choose the name Sapphire, because it's a deep vibrant blue that has many shades.....as does this theme! I do hope you all enjoy it, and keep on the lookout for my "Green" version!
THIS IS BUILT FOR THE LATEST DAMAGE CONTROL 3.2.3 - AND WILL SOON BE COMING TO THE FRESH ROM!!
THIS SHOULD WORK ON ALL SENSE ROMS BUILD WITH THE LATEST OTA RUU!!!

If you are running Fresh 0.5.3 it will not work....lol, this is for the new RUU only. Fresh will be out with the public release very soon

Great Mod, but on certain menus. The title block is bigger than the body. Example the menu 'add to home screen '

Enter fastboot (Hold power button and volume down button)
Type this into adb to flash the splash

I don't think so, but to be honest im not sure. The only way I know how to flash a splash screen is by booting into fastboot and using adb. Maybe someone else knows...

If anyone downloaded one of the splash files and got an error while trying to flash them, please redownload. Had a typo in command prompt when I made the files, should work now.

[REQUEST] Black wallpaper with green android alien

Hey everyone, after literally a couple hours of searching i've been unable to find what im looking for. A pure black wallpaper with the little green android alien in the middle. A small one not a big one that shows up on all screens of my phone. I've found plenty CLOSE to what I want but they always have some grey/white in them. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

If you link me the ones you want, I can tweak them and/or remove those lines.

This one is probably the most ideal I could find right now. I was unable to locate all the ones I had come across because a) it was done over the past few days on my phone and computer, and b) because some of them were located inside of apps from the market.
And thanks for your help, I really do appreciate it. I'm sure I could figure it out myself, but I have only ms paint, and I'm sure someone with some basic skills could do this in about 10 minutes.

Hey sorry for the delay, unfortunately it seems this was a poor wallpaper to provide as the resolution is terrible. Had the resolution not been terrible i would have just wanted the green alien without white fade behind it, instead just solid black. I'll look for another example.

Here's a tweak I did to a 3d Andy original background was brushed metal tweaked it to black and shrinked the android a bit. Another but quick paste job to black background with standard Andy logo.

Wow perfect, the one on the right seems to be what i was looking for. One issue though, I opened the link on my phone, long pressed and set as wallpaper, went to my home screen and I see Z's trollface android homescreen from his freex10 rom looking at me, was kind of funny actually but im not sure how to fix it.
Obviously I should have tried saving it then setting as wallpaper before I posted, as it ended up working. Thanks!

To use these splash screens:
1.) download to root of your sd card,
2.) change name to "PC36IMG" (without the quotes),
3.) boot into boot loader (turn off, volume down + power)
4.) The phone should recognize the zip and ask if you want to update
5.) select up to apply.
** flash this to go back to stock Splash Screen (White with black letters) **

Okay - they are up at the beginning of post #1. Hope you enjoy them - still more to come! I tried a new technique this time on a few of these - colorizing the whole person and leaving the background in black and white - let me know what you think.
I am also going to combine my other splash screen thread with this one to reduce clutter.
