Hey everyone,
I'm having a lot of problems with vlc lately. I downloaded the latest version at the vlc player download page but for some reason it keeps crashing all the time. I used it for quite a white and it never had any bugs or crashes.I had the same issues before but they usually went away after reinstallation. So every time I try to open a video with VLC it crashes. My player used to crash too back in the day but everything got fixed with a simple reinstall.
Thanks !!!!
And how do you install it on your phone?
You mean THIS VLC? http://code.google.com/p/android-vlc-remote/
As far as I know VLC does not run on Android.
Thread moved to General.
There is something weird with this thread...
The link in lopex's signature is not the official link, and propose to download the 1.0.1 version, or the latest stable is 1.1.*... Trojan?
And why do you put the link of a false VLC download site in your signature... After your first message?

That'd be because they're spamming sites with their false download to infect people's computers.
If anyone downloaded this, try using MalwareByte's Anti-Malware and it should take care of it for you.
Also, I just reported this thread.

I would post the link but I don't know if it's considered Warez. The apk download is out there however. I downloaded it and it's over 4MB. Looks like it will only work with Android phones that are capable. ie Nexus One, Evo, Desire,..

I think now the problem is solved, with the latest cm 6.2
however this post now is useless due to the market updating itself.. lol
Any admin please delete it. thanks
Pardon me if it's already posted but I don't see any here!
Anyway, this is the newest Flash Player from Adobe. Installation is easy, just install it as apk. Then change enable plugin settings in your stock browser as per your desire.

Thanks for the link. I downloaded the .apk file which I can now see in my downloads on my nexus but even though I've enabled plugins in my browser it doesn't seem to be working. Should I be able to see flash in my apps page? Thanks for any help

As far as I know flash doesn't work with stock browser or Chrome I don't know about Maxhton. But in Firefox it workd like a charm to me. If you can't install the flash form your device you can try with the Nexus Root Toolkit it has a "Install APK" option in it's advance menu which might work.

You are welcome. You can try with Firefox as I mentioned. I used to prefer dolphin but now using Fox as it gives me a feelings like PC with the flash thing. But it's always your call.

Awesome. Thank you very much!
With root and xposed is easy to make Youtube playing on background, but if you don't have root? You dont have xposed? Or simply you are on Nougat and there's no more xposed?
Well there, here's the official app Youtube, last official Build patched
Download link coming soon.
It works on almost every device that support Youtube.
From Android 4.4 to Android 7.0/1/2
Background works like the old one, pushing notification on the statusbar.
The package is update to the lastest version of Youtube.
I'm 'working' to a No-Ads / Background version of youtube, cheers;
I'm working for the first apk, i'll work on the one without ADS with background after that.

My mistake! Find out i've upload the wrong apk, i'll update the link as fast possible.
Anyone know if you're able to login to YouTube? OGYoutube doesn't let me and I'm looking for a replacement. Possibly this one once you add ad blocking.

This is like the same when you are on ROOT and you use the patch from Lucky patcher on a Nougat device, or the same like using XPOSED module. You can login easily but you won't have any real-time update from Google Playstore. I'll try to update the apk as fast possible when i get a new official update.
