Use Titanium Backup to backup your apps and restore them when you've reflashed.

I'm using xrecovery and free x10 beta 4.
I find its killing my battery....
you just have to reflash the original rom and do a back up in xrecovery
Restore your xrecovery backup?

Quick question on TB.
Should I (or is it wise to) use TB to delete all user/app cache? Didn't really think it would be a problem. Figured I'd ask first though.

If you are rooted this works. Download cache cleaner ng from the market. I use it daily.
