Hi,
I m having a problem 2 days before my lovely Htc Touch (Elf) fell from my hand n its screen got bricked.
I Have O2 Atom whose bootloader is damaged n i was unable to recover it!
And m having Mda Vario whose radio not working any more!!! well i tried every method n flashed various radio roms too!
Now the Questions to the Experts is can i fix O2 atom or MDA Vario Screen On My Htc Touch (ELf)???
Plz Help if anyone has done this Before.

i got a T-mobile mda vario

spl 1.08
rom 1.8.10.2 wwe
radio 01.09.10
and i've seen my friends new HTC touch cruise working with wm6.1
i wanted to know if i can upgrade my mda to a rom that looks exactly and does the same function as the touch cruise with all the cube and touch flo thing?
and if yes can u plz tell me where to get it from ?
and is flashing my device a safe process ?

he sends you to the Guide for newbbes to unlock and get winmobile 6 or 6.1 on his wizards..... so if you want in your wizard the same os that you have in you touch go here...

if you want the cube just download it, search for tnt cube 1933 1620 and earlier cab
maybe the os 1620 is more glossy but you can try the 1933 from him too.

Probably. Try the TNT PRO ROM, and load the cube separately. Nobody's cooking with the cube any more. Manila is the new flavor du jour. Frankly, I think you'd be much happier with Hornet 4.5...

in the past couple of days i flashed my device more than 10 times
i unlocked my cid too
after trying different roms i finally settled on nbd v.9.2 it looks exactly like htc touch and its so fast too
it includes touch flo and cube

Hi there ... i was very unhappy with the stock mda vario iv rom
so finaly i installed HardSPL and the new official HTC TOUCH PRO Rom
and its absolutly amazing .. its like a new phone finaly it works like it should do
so if u are a german user ... update and be finaly happy with your phone

2 month ago I got my new T-Mobile MDA Vario IV.
The speed of the phone was horrible so I decided to upgrade to the original HTC Rom.
After installing this ROM everything looked fine. As discribed by you I got a new phone
BUT: my GPS is not working. Google Maps doesn't work, Navigon Mobile Navigator doesn't work.
Anyone can help me
i hav installed upgradation from 6 to 6.1 but now phome is getting off again n again, wat i do, pls help
Perhaps look into some of the custom ROMs found in the HTC Touch section. Would help if you told us what carrier you're with.
Hi Guys
I was wondering if someone could please help me,
i have a SPV m5000 and after installing wrong rom and bricking the phone I then bought a second hand one with damaged screen and told was working ok just damed screen which was unlocked on O2 and I swoped the motherboards over so I now have an O2 motherboard in a orange M5000 phone.
It's working a ok except it shuts down when the battery seems to be half empty and it happens with both my batterys, so I am hopeing it's a bug in the OS and not the phone it's self, so I guess one way to find out is change the rom, I am looking for the most newest and stable rom with instructions on how to install as I am not that up on flashing roms on phones which is clearly obvious .
my phones about page lists my phone as follows,
Windows mobile 6.1 professional
CE OS 5.2.21028 (Build 21028.1.6.0 TML)
processor PXA270-520MHz
memory 48.37 mb
I am using this on Orange network but the phones boot screen says O2 when booting, and could someone tell me if the rom for O2 XDA is the same rom as rom for Orange XDA?
If any one would be so kind as to point out the exact rom link I need I would be eternally grateful.

hi i have htc touch diamond 2 and i buy it with windos mobile 6.1 english i tried to put a rom more recente and shows me a tri color screen telling int he blue one that turbo sw\hw not match!
after see other posts here i put the spl 2.5 olinex and then other rom´s too nad nothing always the same..
anyone can help me?
