I'm not a developer, but do appreciate all the hard work you guys do for everyone!
ok...I was thinking a live wallpaper in the matrix style, but instead of the "matrix glyphs", it could be the android in diff. poses
...I mean really, how cool would that be??
But the color of the android glyphs would be able to be set by the user.
Anyone out there able to do this?

Been looking for realistic animated code wallpaper for my HD2 for so long now.
I know it must exist but I just can't find it, or at least a animated code wallpaper that doesn't look ghetto.
Can anyone help, point me in the right direction, or put one together? I'd pay for the latter to save myself plugging away online any longer.

No-one has yet discovered how to create animated wallpapers for the HD2 (or they've not told anyone, if they have!)
The ones that you have seens have simply been the stock animated wallpapers with the images changes. The actual movement has been exactly the same. Someone did one that they called a "matrix style" wallpaper, but it unfortunately looked nothing like the matrix rain.
Until we know how to code the animated wallpapers, you're not going to get this unless you use a UI that allows animated gifs as wallpaper.
I would love a full sized animated wallpaper. I must say I love wallpaper. I really dont like all the icons on the HD2. I use Spb Shell and keep the main screen free of icons. It's just like Android.

are there some kick azz wallpapers out there? everything i see is like exagerated not suiting stuff, i need something classy/ cool with understatement, or nice black texture, no cars or planets or objects, just plain cool and simple or a good theme, not so many colors.. so hard to find something, so far the best: the grey/black texture grid thats built in by default... but there must be something else good, please help me

Try searching the forum or use websites like google, deviantart, sxc

but deviant art has no filter search for 480x800 resolution?, same with srx and its photos is what i didnt want too ...
well yea forum search was not effective, thats why i wrote the thread.
Or are there like special wallpapers for the the topaz? With standard clock and slider? Cause like every good wallpaper, gets covered by the clock and things... but i like the standard design...
Someone an idea?

I use the default gradient with manila as i like a stock manila look to my phone rather than loads of different colours.
If you install the attached cab it will give you the high quality gradient on all tabs.
This is for sense 2.5 if your using sense or manila 2.1 it wont work
thank u! installed it and im going to keep it, is this available with the same gradient but with the grid that comes on stock too?

maybe if it interests u, i found someting that really looks awesome in my opinion:
take the attached picture and use the awesome (must have) cookie´s home tab, there u can have multiple app screens like on ipod, u can switch to make the app grid invisible, so u can make it pop up and since the grid is invisible it leaves the screen almost blank, look at my attachments...

about ur program: if its installed i cant use any wallpapers, except for the animated stocks, so i had to uninstall
hello there, heres really hoping one of you smart guys fancy helping me and probably quiet a few other xda members out....
the task in hand is getting "antworks auto wallpaper changer" to work alongside CHT 1.8. heres what cookie had to say about it.......
I'm using a completely custom wallpaper setup, so any wallpaper changer that previously targeted Sense will not be compatible any more. They would have to be adapted. It's not really a big change: they would just have to input a different reg entry to set the wallpaper path. All the CHT wallpaper reg entries are in HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila and the they are Co0kie.Wall.****, where **** is the wallpaper type.

Hiya all.
Im creating a Modern Warfare 2 theme for the HD2 and I could do with some help.
As you can see from the attached images, I have the bg images sorted but I think the clock looks out of place.
Ive look on the forums but I cannot find a clock that seems to suit the theme.
Anyone got any suggestions ?
Also, Im going to change the icons and slider to MW2 themed so if anyone has any good ideas for these let me know also.

I have noticed there are a couple of different watch arts used in the game. Maybe you could get a screen shot of the one you like and post it here, and ask to have it made for you. The artists here are really good about helping out like that.
There are a lot of fun things from the game to incorperate into a theme. Just need to be creative. like an simtex icon for text messaging. There are even a few perk icons you can use for the slider icons.

I want to change stuff like icons, the flip clock and other cosmetics. I've got loads of ideas, but no clue of how to make use of them. I am absolutely new to creating themes, but my creative and GIMP skills are superb, if I may say so myself. So how do I do it? I need some kind of program right? Will the theme work on any ROM?
