[Q] Any way that notification sounds through speaker even headset is plugged in? - XPERIA X10 Themes and Apps

Like title says, for alarm as example would be nice if it has same feature as ShakeToWake. I always fall asleep with headset in my ears, but never hear the alarm xD.
And directly second question, someone knows a walk around to sound notification and cal ringing through speaker when headset is plugged in? I drive always with headset around my neck, but not in my ears. So never hear when someone is calling.

Speaker not muted when wired headset is plugged in.

I asked this in few other forums, but I was not able to get a response. When I have my wired headsets plugged in, I am still able to hear Ringtone/Notification and possibly other sounds coming out of the speaker. Is this the default behavior that is happening not just to my phone? If so, how do I change it?
Greg
I think this is the default behavior. If you put your phone onto silent, then can you still hear them through the headphones? If so, that's your answer. That is one of the few things I prefer on the iPhone - the hardware switch for silent. But it's just a mental adjustment to how silent behaves differently on the Android OS.
by silent you mean the button you see when you pull down the notification panel right? This silences all sound and I don't hear anything even from my headphones.

[Q] Alarm with headphones? Not loud enough.

I just bought myself a pair of Bose Quietcomfort 15's so that I can have undisturbed naps (with or without music). Only problem is I cannot hear my alarm on my phone because of the noise cancelation on the headphones. Additionally, the alarm sound that goes through to the headphones is not loud enough either. My question is: is there an alarm app that allows me to control headphone volume when the alarm goes off? I know I can independently control how loud my phone speakers are (regardless if the phone is on silent or whatever).
If not, is there another solution? Right now, I am keeping my phone in my pocket to feel the vibrations, but that alone might not be enough.
Also, keep in mind that even on the loudest speaker volumes, I can only barely hear the phone because of the noise cancelation.
Any input or alternative methods/tips is appreciated.
Oh, and I have a Galaxy S3.
Thanks,
Richard

Strange Bluetooth Problem????

Ok, so here is the Scenario, I'm in the gym and using my phone to listen to music...
First I put my phone on Silent (so it doesn't ring during my work out and annoy everyone around me)
Next I turn on Bluetooth and connect my stereo Bluetooth headphones to my phone
Now I'm listening to music and all is well... AWESOME
Here is the weird thing..... Whenever I get a call.... technically my phone is silent so it should not be ringing, right? But what does happen is first I get a beeping in my headphones, which is fine..... but then the Music automatically switches and it starts blaring through the phone's speakers, and this goes on until I either answer the call or ignore the call, then the music reverts back to my headphones as it was before the call.
My question, why does the music revert from bluetooth to the phone's speakers when I Get a call and my phone is on silent - Its sooo freaking annoying, this also happens with my bluetooth car kit. Any ideas whats going on?
Can't help you solve the issue but I do know for a fact my galaxy nexus did the exact same thing. I gave up on bluetooth.

I just started using a temporary fix.... I noticed this ONLY happens when the phone is on SILENT or VIBRATE (doesn't happen when its on RING since it just rings normally)....
So what I did was setup a Smart Action clause which when connected to my stereo bluetooth headset, which I pretty much only use when I'm working out, it will keep the phone on RING but turn the volume as low as possible without making it silent and it will also automatically switch to a very quiet barely audible ringtone!
This works for me!

Phone ringing while headphones plugged in

Just wondering if anyone knows of a mod or a setting I might be missing to turn off the external speaker for notifications and ringtones while the headphones are plugged in as this is very annoying and defeats the whole purpose of using headphones. Thanks in advance.
it's been that way since I had my note 2

Alarm clock on speaker while headphone plugged in

My previous Nexus 6P always had the alarm on speaker even if earphones were plugged in.
The OP6 just rings on the earphones. Is there a way to change that to always on speaker?
check the headphone mode setting plz
Thanks. Don't know how I missed that setting the whole time
