I installed the CAB filees for tasbar change but IDK how to activate it.
Did you access the cab on your phone and 'install' the cab? If not, do that, then soft reset.

Yes I installed it, i tried to install it on device and in storage card but it's still plain =/
For clarification are you talking about the taskbar? The very top bar on your phone that shows battery, speaker, 3g icons, etc.....?

Well going by what you said you have done it should have installed. Try to reinstall again but to the device only then soft reset.
And you are sure it is compatible to your phone?
Uninstall the taskbar if you have installed it.
Then install sdkcert cab ( It will be around in this thread a couple of times )
Then soft reset.
Install the taskbar you want but look if it is 6.5 , 6.5.3 or 6.5.5
Then soft reset and it should work.

Did you have install a cooked Rom; ore have you the standard Rom from HTC HD2?
And witch Taskbar will you install?

I unloaded MaxManila 1922 and loaded the hybrid 1.1 app. I have both MaxM and regular clock cabs on my device but I cannot figure out how to load them into the Home page. can you help?

Actually I'm interested in the same. You can find cab for shortcuts here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=607991
But, it doesn't work for me. I install the cab for 20 shortcuts and then the fix and I still have some strange grey square and no shortcuts at all.

update: Also, I'm suffering some problems with waking up my device now. I should have backed up my system before installing. =)
UPDATE: Damn, how do I uninstall this fix? It keeps hanging my phone in sleep mode and doesn't show in uninstall.
UPDATE: All right, now manila just doesn't start, it shows only "Launching HTC Sense" and nothing launches. Hello, hard-reset. F..k this s..t, I will just use clean manila.
has any one managed to get this working on dutty 0.3a, i think it does have the correct manilla version but i can seem to get the clock and 20 shortcuts working at the same time
either i can get the clock to work-which returns the quicklinks to how they are in the stock ROM. Or when i install the 20 links cab i lose the clock function!

I very much appreciate your animated start-up screen(s), but am unable to get any of them to work on my HD2, running Manila 2.5.1920. The .png file appears, but no animation.
I have checked the registry entry (HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCAnimation\StartupGif=LEO_animated.gif) and all appears correct.
Is this a known problem with my particular version of Manila?
If not, is there something else I need to do to activate the function?

I tried BsBTweaks (animation was indeed switched off!). But it hasn't made any difference.
Am I right in thinking the Advanced Configuration Tool will only help configure the animation, not actually activate it?
I just wondered if it was a Manila version thing as others appear to have the same problem...

it could be a manila problem but i don't think it is
witch rom you run ? as i think some custom roms disabled the animation

Thanks for your reply. I have a standard O2 UK ROM 1.43.xxxx running manila 2.5.1920. I've never managed to get an 'animated wallpaper' to animate either, so maybe there is something missing from this ROM...
I have also applied a lot of individual 'transparency' cabs (but not the b4all one!), so maybe something there is interfering...
Anyway, although I like your animations, it's not such a big deal as you only see it anyway during a soft-reset. Maybe I will come across a solution when I am searching for something else. This is often the case...
Btw... Did you know that your Windows 6.5 BLING image makes the perfect 'Lockscreen' wallpaper? - see screenshot!
Did you originally make it for this or is it just a fantastic coincidence that it fits around the clock so well?

Yea it should work on any WM ROM. You dont need a cab, just drop the file in your windows folder, and make sure your reg is set for the correct file, using adv config.

I download one of your wallpaper cabs and install CookieMonsters"s Wallpaper patch. How do I get your wallpaper as default one on my HD2 and what does Cookie's patch do??
So in priciple the question is how do I proceed with installing your cab to get it as my default one and what is the role of Cookie's patch in this procedure.

You don't need HDWall installed unless it's to create your own cab and in that case you would have the program on your pc.
In this case all you need to do is install the cabs provided onto your phone and restart. That's it!
unfortunately, that doesn't work on my stock-rom device. am i missing something?

Thanks for your fast reply. I installed Cookie's patch, reset the device and thereafter installed your cab file and resetted the device again. Result was still no transparent top/bottom bar and a totally white background. After another reset the result was the same. Then I deinstalled both cabs and reinstalled only your wallpaper cab and, guess, problem was over!! Maybe the problem is that my Manila version is 2.5.1921xxx. But it seems that your wallpaper cab files does not need Cooki's patch cab. Or is there another explanation for what happened on my device?

Maybe just needs a re-upload or re-cab it.

Yep, that one is working for me as well, although the large icons are black, so i just restored the colours large icons, happy now

corruption maybe on uploading the files last night...having some internet connection problem...cab re-uploaded at first post... I've test it on my device running on touch-it... installs and unistalls fine... please test again

here the orginal MMLaucher MMAppLauncher v1.0
it use the original Windows Start Button. All Buttons available. works with all OS Relases and ROMs
...and the realy best is: press and hold one program icon, now you can:
- Modify Name
- Modify Icon
- Move Item
- Remove Item

...yes, the MMAppLauncher is the same, but with my MOD replace the startmenu after install, without any settings.this is the best StartMenuReplacemen for WinMo. WM button is still active.
and you have every a full StartMenu (also in SENSE ROMs). You gain back 8 - 10 MB free RAM in any rom ( original, clean, cooked ) Works with 6.1 too (but no free RAM gain).

Whats the difference between this one and the original MMAppLauncher?
If it is only to have it replace the Start Menu, you can do that on the original program already..

+1 - Miro, what does your mod do special apart from the default MMAppLaucher? Not very clear from first post :s
I think it is the settings? i dont have that normally on my mmapplauncher
EDIT: NEVER MIND i do have it..lol.

...yes, the MMAppLauncher is the same, but with my MOD replace the startmenu after install, without any settings.

only in menu/preferences/dark or white background
...and the realy best is: press and hold one program icon, now you can:
- Modify Name
- Modify Icon
- Move Item
- Remove Item
Change of font size and colour would be useful

after installing:
miROM_MMLauncher_Mod_Startmenu_Replacement
on this ROM:
TG01_Lite_23690_WWE Update build WM 6.5.3 by FV aka feropont

I cannot access the start button and any programs ...
I did configure
miROM_MMLauncher_Mod_Startmenu_Replacement
to not appear by the next restart and now the start button is not working ... I cannot even use my backup to reflash the system ...
Any ideas how to get rid of this Launcher ... ? Because I can't use my phone now ... or how to hard reset now ... ?

you can try this: unzip the files and copy (connect to your pc)
manuall to windows/startUp and windows folder
i don´t know if helps, but you can try- or HARD RESET

No, you can't with it, until you de-install it. But it makes sens; why would you want to use this aswell as the standard WinMo start menu? Thisi is a nice alternative... Howevrr if you want to use both, install the original mmapplauncher with no startmenu rrmover built in.

to have the original winmo back. you must remove this cab from programs and do a reset (perhaps press reset button inside)
