Yea, sounds like the TMO test ROM they released a while back. 1.08 is OLD. Back from March or April I think. Just use SSPL and flash to my newest TMO ROM I posted. It's WM 6.1 21048.

Fix:
Regional Settings languages: Start -> Settings -> System -> Regional Settings -> Choose your language
You copy the file STK_UIPPC.exe it foresees in the file ZIP, in the folder /windows of your Kaiser and the services of your SIM cards will work you. -> STK_UIPPC.zip

There is not in ROM, I have removed him.
I will try when first to realize a CAB

hi there,
i have flashed this rom yesterday.
i m very surprised of the opengl performence of this rom. spb mobil shell 3.5.3, is soo smooth after editing registry to enable opengl.
however i have the sleep bug of the htc ca drivers :/
thus i instaled the fix for mainilla 3d. for now its working.
by the way this rom is not fast. i have to wait more than 1 sec for screen rotation, file explorer browsing is slow.
this rom have a great potential.. thank you!!
