Hi guys,
i really need a way to use from HTC Desire the data plan from the other phone that i have ... (if someone is curious the idea is that my data plan is ok when i'm in my country but when i am abroad i really prefer to use my other phone's data plan)
so, what i need is a way to connect from my htc (as i would from my laptop) to the DUN service from another phone's modem.
could someone please help me with a hint ... like an application or anything that could solve my problem ...
Thanks in advance !!!
Hi,
This is also something I wonder.
Why can't we get an answer for this ?
interesting that nobody replies...
is it really hard to see that ?
I found this:
http://android.gval.biz/
So, I guess it's not supported internally...
A confirmation would be nice to have !

Hi iv been searching for a 2 in 1 sim card solution but over att flashback (swedish forum) they said it wasnt possible to have both active, but after a time i found this http://www.themobilestore.se/se/art...ith-auto-timer-sim-switch-13th-generation.php its nearly te same a think, so can someone take a look and explain?
I want it atleast to be able to recieve calls without need to switch first, BUT is it the same way for SMS?
and if im on internet and someone call from the other number will the connection drop? it doesnt mather so much but good to know
and if this aint good someone know a card thats the best for this solution?
I want 2 sim cards cause one is my number and the other is for internet = price reduce.

OK so im new here and new to downloading roms and things like that. So i Beleive i downloaded Android 2.2 NAND or something.(Please for give my lack of Tech Knowledge) But anyway i love it and everything but there are some things i noticed after i got it.
Some calls become distored(sound wise)
I can no longer connect to 3G or H...(Which means no internet!! unless with WiFi)
My Phone mounts as a disk drive so im not able to try and flash it! It cant detect the phone or something.
So because of this i was wondering if there was anyway to remove android and go back to My HTC LEO! Or a way to remove so i can re-install it??? I really dont want to have to buy a new phone!
Sorry if this was posted already. . . but i could not find a answer that helps.
PLEASE HELP !!!
I am in an area with no signal for my phone, yet I still need to use my phone to access the internet. It is not possible to set a wifi network up here, I am living in a dorm and just trust me they don't let us.
So what I need now is a way to achieve "internet pass through" as it is called I believe. I looked through all the previous posts on this subject and no one seems to know how to do it, other than simply reccomending the Thunderbolt rom.
Well, I'm a CM7 user through and through, so that is not happening. Is there any possible way to make this happen?
dude no one can figure thi8s out?
good question, wish i could help, sorry

if i understand correctly you want to share wifi from your computer to your phone?
what OS to you use?
how do you get internet on your computer through wire or wifi?
Dear people,
I have since a month of 2 the new freelander I20 Phone( Same phone like a newman N2), but i have terrible bugs with the phone or android version.
My network connection is lost a lot, data go's off with no reason, all the names from my contacts become just numbers again(doesn't know them anymore,...)
I'am checking Xda already a long time but still nobody seems to have a ROM builded for this phone (except some Chinees where i don't understand anything from :'( )
The is bought on ChinaVasion so returning is kinda hard...
Because my last phone (U8800 X5) was pimped a lot from ROMS i got from XDA i was hoping to do the same for this phone.
To get to the question...
Does anyone know or is anyone willing to make a new ROM for this phone? I have a nice 'hardware' device but is bugged that hard that it isn't pleasant to work with.
Best regards Roald VdB

hello everyone i have a question to ask cause i am clueless about these new mobile phones. i found a samsung galaxy s3 gt-i9300 phone and it has no signal at all and does not read any sim cards i put in it, i suppose this is because the previous owner must of reported it lost and the company would have blocked the network, im going to give this phone to my daughter as a christmas present because she likes to play the games on it but she is at an age now that it would be handy for her to have a mobile phone that actually works as a phone, and my question is if i put a new motherboard in will it work again as a phone or not? or is there a different way of fixing this problem? if anyone can help i will really appreciate it thanks

Only one way to find out .. Buy a pre-paid SIM, stick it in, see if it works.
