Manila Touchflo 3D Themes - 4 July 2009

Thanks to maranello's HDWall application at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=3616825, I had managed to create two Manila Touchflo 3D Themes (version 2.1 Touchflo 3D) to share with you guys and gals.
The same background is in all the tabs. Hope you will like it. Here's the link:
I have also included the matching background for your Today (Titanium plugin) and Start Menu background.
Hope you will like it.
1. Disable Manila Touchflo 3D
2. Download the theme zip file you want
3. Copy the jpg files to your \Windows directory
4. Run the CleanReg_Manila_Background.mscr
5. Run the cab file (boats_M21.cap or sunsetM21OT.cab)
6. Soft Reset your device.
7. Enable Manila Touchflo 3D
Enjoy!

Maybe a stupid question but what is Manila
I used the search funtion but could'nt find anything usefull.
I like the theme's good job!!!

manila is the technical name for touch flo 3d, the trippy today screen overlay that HTC puts on its phones.
ie all that flip clock stuff and weather application.

How to run CleanReg_Manila_Background.mscr
I'm sorry but when I clic on CleanReg_Manila_Background.mscr my TD2 tell me that no application is associated to CleanReg...

You need to install mortscript.

is there any Manila/TouchFlo 3D standalone .cab?
Got the original xperia ROM (wm6.1) and i dont want to install a 6.5 rom.
Would be nice if someone could post a link for me if there actually is a pure or standalone version. cant find anything, search comes up with thousands an millions of posts =)

I can't find any cab for Manila TF3D as well, so have to be contented with the roms that had it cooked in.

HELP!!
I installed the theme, but realized that the background was white and couldn't read the messages and appointments..So i uninstalled the theme, but the screen rotates with the g-sensor, causing a lot of delays...Could anyone help me get back to the original TF without the rotation thing...Thanks a lot in advance...

I really want to use...
Already try many many time still cant work. I just installed mortscript ,then use the cleanreg, after install the sunset.cab .
Am I wrong for this procedure ???

Here is cab file with colored icons for the top bar

Transparent Top and Bottom Bar !?

Hi Folks,
I´m looking for a cab or the manila files to change the top and bottom bar to transparent.
Before i had a Diamond and so i tried the manila files from the diamond but this doesnt work.
I´ve searched the hole forum but i cant find any solution.
I hope anyone can help me because i get rid of this !
Ps.: It´s a 6.5 rom with manila 2.5

Hey do u mean the Top/Bottom bar from TF3D or the Top/Bottom bar with the softkeys & the "start"-button and so on?
Depending on your TF3D version you could use Max TF3D Theme Maker
to change the TF3D bars.. It should work with 2.5.

You might want to try this cab file, which is applicable for the bottom bar only. It makes it transparent. It is working for my Diamond 2. This solves 50% of your issue
I don't have anything for the top bar. Maybe some kind folks in the forum could recommend.

Thanks abzza, but i´ve tested maxtf3d about 2 or 3 weeks before. It´s okay but i don´t want an extra program to install which changes a lot of more things.

Transparent glass taskbar and softkeys? EDIT: Success! 12/15/09

How do you get a transparent glass looking taskbar and softkeys like the ones featured in the ENERGY rom? I have looked around, and I can't find anything that allows me to just change those two things to look like that.

I finally got it the way I wanted, if anyone would like an HDWall cab created for a background they like with the glossy bars, just post ur WVGA picture up here.

i can't make my cross bar transparent like yours... i have tried a couple of hide curtains cabs but they don't hide that one... any clue?

Hey... i got problems too... got it transparent... but not the rest...

thanks a lot. I finally got it going myself bro.
Only problem I have now is I can't combine it to work with max manila...
whenever I install max manila I have a white background and can't change it anymore.

I found these files through the forum, they are not mine, but it will help, either install the cabs or use resco explorer to overwrite the manila files.

[REQ] Slider Home, Music, Settings --> blue

Hi Folks!
I tryed to change the Icons by myself, but all attempts were in vain.
Could someone please mod the sliderbar, that the horrible green Home, Music and Settings icons turned to blue (like in the SMS Icon)
Cab would be appreciated, but the edited manila files would be cool too!
Hope someone of our graphically specialistst could spare some mintues, thanks in advance!

Hd2 Landscape cab needed

Hi,
I know that there has been many threads regarding landscape cabs for hd2 but I need ask this anyway. I have tried with a couple of cabs for enabling my hd2 for landscape mode but everytime I had an issue with the picture tab. This tab does not work at all, I cant see any pitures and after a while the phone gets laggy.
I have cookies home tab 1.7.1 , xda backgroung4alltabscookie hqwallpatch installed. It should not be anything to do with them right?
Could someone out there give me a cab which is working properly?

I have tried quite few landscape cabs before all had issues with picture and audio tab...same thing on this one or is it ok?

I have this problem too. My hope is that when it is posible to instal landsscape theme.... my problem will be decided. Or I have to instal new version of manila....but I`m too ignorant to do that

Also looking for a landscape cab that doesnt affect the pics & music tabs.....

I think that if I instal SPB 3.5 will solve the problem with rotation but sence look so nice

i'v just tried this cab but it messes up the music and pictures screens, the rest looks ok. i'v never really had intrest in having a landscape mode before but after seeing this i'd also like a cab that works without messing up the mentioned screens.....

I enabled landscape mode in Sense using BSB Tweaks and thought it worked but as I was shaking the phone to take this screen capture it flaked out and I had to soft reset. So I'm looking for an alternative too. Now that I think about it though, we will probably have to wait for a new version of Sense to come out to correct the issue.

I think the problem is in Manila - 2.5.19211619.0

If you have the same problem wich version of Manila you use ???
EDIT: Now I`m shure that is the problem (Manila). I`ve instal SPB Mobile Shell and there is no such of problem with my phone.
