Hey guys, Question for all you bell subscribers!
Bell announced today the release of an Official Montreal Canadiens app for the season.
Unfortunately it is only open to download for clients of Bell. You can download it at www.bell.ca/canadiens on your phone.
Any chance it would be possible to get an .apk rip of this for those who are not with bell to enjoy the perks of the app?!?
thank you so much You have no idea how thankful i will be!
I hope they didn't block the app videos and such to Bell users only.
My friend on Bell can't download the app yet.
I tried to download the app but it won't let me even if I am on Bell I have a Nexus One and it's not on the list of supported phones. They seem to support only the htc legend and samsung galaxy s so far. I assume it's because they don't sell the nexus one.
The app is only for bell users from what I have read...
This application is only downloadable from a Samsung Galaxy S or HTC Legend device. What a shame! How stupid is that?!!! My guess is that the UserAgent string might be different for these devices.
Apparently only the Video feeds (inside this app) are restricted to Bell Mobility customers...
If you guys ever have the URL to the APK, please post it here.
Cheers!
Etienne
I tried again with 3g instead of wifi but the server seem to be down...

Here it is
Is the infuse a galaxy s phone because i am currently in a debate with a friend that has the infuse and he says it is a galaxy s....so is it?
Sent from my Infuse 4g via the XDA Dev App
In general it is, but in the states its not. but it is.
It is when it counts. Samsung has a remote viewfinder app for one of its digital cameras that only works with "Galaxy S" devices. And it works with my Infuse 4G, so that is "Galaxy S enough" for me.
It's not branded as a GS in the USA, but it is branded as such in Canada.
Also, hardware-wise it's 90% identical to the GS series.
strictly speaking it is if you are Canadian.
not if you are American.
galaxy s is just s branding at this point. there are sgs labrled phones with less in common to the i9000 than this but there are also many differences between the galaxy s i9000 and the infuse.

Infuse isnt the galaxy series nor in the US neither in Canada. Here in Canada Galaxy Sii is launched separately and infuse is scheduled to launch at rogers on the 27th and its not marketed as galaxy series.
correction: the poster above is right, i just checked here in Canada they are marketing it as Galaxy Infuse. So Im sorry for that.

In this app it has the system update for usa sprint and usa virgin mobile and a Austrian boost mobile Im not sure if the Austrian thing is a typo and they meant usa instead cause i dont think boost mobile is in Austria. I will email devs and ask. But this is the dreaded system update which killed usb debugging.. if you have knox on and active im mainly posting it so people can get the source code to look at.. if its not there it got removed and will be back shortly.. i told the dev about the usb debugging thing.. so i know the b7 is there the f3 was there the dev might pull it..
After looking i see
Boost Mobile is a brand of wireless service used by two independent operators in Australia and the United States. In Australia, Boost Tel Pty Ltd. operates as a MVNO using the Telstra network. In the United States, Boost Worldwide, Inc. is headquartered in Irvine, California, and is a subsidiary of Sprint Corporation.
Edit emailed dev and he added boost mobile usa...
After launching it in the US, UK, and some other markets, Samsung has now brought its Galaxy Tab S3 tablet to Russia. The tablet is listed on the tech giant's US website, with the listing revealing it's available for purchase through offline channels.
As for price, the WiFi variant carries an RUB 54,990 (around $975) tag, while the LTE variant will set you back RUB 59,990 (around $1,065). For those who aren't aware, the device starts at £599 in the UK, while in the US, it's available starting $600.
