Anyone know of an app for downloading from rapidshare?
I'm using a galaxy s. The default internet browser doesn't seem to let me do it. Nor do Opera or Dolphin. I tried Byte Tornado also, and that didn't seem to work.
Can anyone help?
Thanks!

to be honest i dont like skyfire but i appreciate the help i am currently using iris browser and opera but cant figure out how to put the flash working on any website even the simplest type such as a school website, can anyone guide me on this process
I have no idea why... the app loads, and it seems as if it's trying to load pages, but it doesn't manage to.
Skyfire works extremely fast.. no problems... so it's not the connection. I'm using the WGLAN patch..
anyone stumbled into this problem?
bump... anyone already seen this problem?
I checked everywhere to get this issue resolved but find nor can't figure out how to fix it...
I'm trying to change the default web browser when using the tv-out plug. I have changed my default web browser (which works for everything else) using total commander to Skyfire but that doesn't resolve it within tv-out. It still defaults to Opera.
Does anyone know how to get the tv-out to default to skyfire?
Thanks!

Look for this registry key:
Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\TVOutPopUp]
"3_AP_LINK"="\windows\OperaL.exe"
And change it to whatever the path of Skyfire is. That should work.
YUP! Fixed
You da MAN! Thanks for the direction and hand holding! Got it now.

I'm wondering if anybody has ever successfully downloaded from Rapidshare before on their phone. I haven't found a browser yet that can do this. Any ideas?
Internet Explorer.

IE usualy fails for me skyfire or opera 10 beta seem to work best now
Yeah i'm trying to grab a video a friend uploaded to rapidshare in .rar, format with a premium account and direct downloads enabled. However, it keeps downloading a very small .htm file instead. It's the same with dolphin, though opera mini shows the correct file extension and file size but the download fails before it has even begun. Is this more a honeycomb problem? Can anyone suggest a way to download files from sites like rapidshare?
Thank you

Try Opera. I have no problem in downloading from those sites.
i also have this problem with dolphin HD, is there a fix? i tried using astro file manager to allow downloads in browser(this worked on my atrix) but no luck with the asus. works with opera but im looking for a way to not have to use more than one browser
I ran into this issue when I try downloading some files. Anyone had success with opera?
opera works. i have also had issues with d/l files using dolphin. its not a TF issue but a dolphin browser issue, it also does the same thing on the xoom and galaxy tab.
ths man...will trywith opera...
I use dolphin for my browsing.but for 4shared and other sites..filesonic rapidshare and so on..I copy the URL and do ALL my downloading with Firefox...works everytime....well..almost everytime when the other browsers choke up.
This is a problem with the gingerbread browser as well. As others have mentioned, I use opera mobile for these types of sites.
Worked wtroopers...thanks.
Now, need to figure out torrents, only public tparents are working with adownloader
I use Firefox Mobile for this. Didn't try Opera yet.
