Hey GUYS please HELP ME
I have followed the Guide to root the xperia x10 in this forrum. So here is what happened. After completing step 3, it all went fine but then the thread says I have to install the Market fix for X10i users. After done that, my phone restart and it won't let me to go inside. It has a weird picture.
Anyway, can you guys please tell me to unroot or whatever to gain the access to the phone again? I tried the phone repair from PC suit to flash the x10 but it doesn't work anymore.
PLEASE HELP ME ... I swear i won't root again

i just cant get into the recovery menu. what am i doing wrong?
I just bought my x10i firmware 2.1-update1
2.0.A.0.504.
i Rooted my phone using the new superoneclick.
installed busybox succesfully
installed xrecovery succesfully.
tried 100 times pressinf the back button 3 times on the SE LOGO.
But it freezes on the logo screen or it just boots up the phone.
I even tried the method to install the 3 files into the bin file.
But after this its the same,

The 1 u posted is X10 mini. I din c before i run it. Now my hp cant boot up anymore.
What do you mean HP?
the title says X10? Why would you try it on a HP?

Now we know for sure, that xRecovery is dangerous if we don't know how to handle it
i havent met any problem entering the xrecovery menu even when i first installed it even though i was a complete noob on android (now i am just noob)
only thing i was doing is that i never pressed the back button only 3 times, i always keep pressing it until i get the xrecovery menu
Yes, keep pressing the back button until you enter the XRecovery menu.
If it still fails then I would revert my phone to the STOCK SE ROM (basically means repairing your phone using Sony Ericsson's PC Companion or Update Service utility), and then use FlashTool to root the device and install Busy Box and XRecovery.
FlashTool is basically an all in one solution and is less painful to use for beginners. Just do a search for it in the XDA forums.

I don't have the backup&restore app that is needed to root my sony xperia miro.. I've found a couple apk's online, but when I try to open them they just force close... is there any other method to root the sony miro?? or any links to download the backup&restore app? any help is much appreciated... thanks...

Just use UnlockRoot app in Windows... it's free (although with some terms that you must install a babylon IE bar), and just one click and the process is pretty straight forward and doesn't take too much time...

hi frnds here i am with new problem can anyone helpme pls i rooted my xperia tipo successfully but i big mistake is done by me at installation that is i execute the instruction fastboot flasboot boot.img successfully but unfortunately i forgot about fastboot reboot . i disconnect my mobile and restart it from that moment it is in off state a red led is blinking on while i want to bring it in recoverymode (by holdingvolume+ and connecting usb) so pls help me can i correct my mistake or i have to visit sony service pls help me by your suggestion as soon as possible

IF the flashing process was completed successfully (no errors) then it shoudnt be a problem.
For further assistance i will need to know if you can or cannot get into fastboot mode (blue LED) or flash mode (green LED).If you can then to recover you can use the flashtool (here).Just download the stock .ftf file and flash to stock ROM.

sorry for that, i just try to did it following this link (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1027224) in this forum but it wasn´t possible for me, i did open my bootloader, rooted my phone, but i only got to brick my phone, can anybody help me to install this rom please? i could repare it using pc companion.
Give more symptoms of your device, if at least catches Led, can be revived Wotanserver or FlashTool (Payment) otherwise the only solution where a technician take to see if you can revive it by Medusa Box
hi guys i really need some help here.
firstly my phone is samsung galaxy mini 2 s6500D and i've rooted by following the instruction i got from here

and my phone worked well for more than 1 year, But suddenly today my phone asked for the software to be updated the file size is about 50MB++ more or less and then i choose yes.
After that the phone auto reboot but it keep stucking on recovery mode so i try to re-root my phone and it went well like on the tutorial thread but nothing change keep on showing GT-S7500 screen and keep going back to recovery mode.
Is there anyway to make my phone back to work like usuall ? if there is please tell me how.
i'm still new to android so i don't know much and i really appreciate it if someone can help me.

i tried to unlock the boot loader for my xperia m. but just after finishing the process it got into a bootloop. I couldnt check wether the bootloader is unlocked or not as i couldnt start up my phone T_T . Flash tools dosnt recognize my phone too. Can any one please help me? Firstly. You said, your phone does not start up at all?
Try plugging it to your PC and check if anything happens (Leave it on for a bit).
Replace battery? Maybe that'll fix the not turning on part but it seems like you bricked your phone.
The guide or method you used, was it made for your device?
