You cannot choose between ADW, LauncherPro, Sense, Zeam, and other Launcher?

Hello, just made an app that allow users to toggle your favourite Home.
I just create a shortcut to the Home you want., just have a look at this Video, maybe that will be easier to understand:

I found that Home switcher need such a feature, I contacted the dev, but doesn't want to work on something like that, so I did it myself!

* Use the longpress on homescreen and create a shurtcut? If you launch the main app, the shortcuts will be created on ALL your Home! so you will need to delete some ;-)
Just tell me if you find that usefull or not!

it does pretty much what I expect it to do
but i wondered is there any easy way to change the defaults as well?

I will work on that, but not this week, I am really busy. Maybe next week.
While waiting, you can use HomeSwitcher in the Android Market.

You can imagine having all your widget/apps for work on ADW, all you need for fun on LiveHomewith cool 3D transitions, all stuff for travel on LauncherPro..
Or just want to have a look at your Sense or Motoblur widget sometime because you miss them.
Or simply because you cannot make a choice between all them and want to try...
I don't know..
Some of my friends asked for this application and I made it for them. maybe some people here have the same needs... I don't earn money when you download it, I just want to share...

Options are always good, wasn't meaning to be disparaging

I think it's a great idea downloading now. I'll try and come back with feedback. Now off to work.

And I forgot 2 essential reasons.. lol
* useless so you must have it! I don't know how to say that in English, but we have a french sentence that say("inutile donc indispensable!")
* showing all the iPhone users that Android is so customizable and that you can go to one configuration to a totally different one in one click!!
The only problem I found is that we cannot have different wallpapers on every launcher! That would be amazing.

What I thought this was doing was "syncing" the multiple launcher programs.. ie: No setting up each individual one.

Just made an update.
I am very excited for some features, because I am making something like the Sense Desktop.
This allow you to create different Homescreens with different wallpapers and icons.
Please send me feedback!
What's New?
You can now rename the Shortcut. ( and also changing icon in future donate version)
You can now change wallpapers for each Home
I hope this feature will allow people to create Theme like Sense ( one for work, for games, etc...
Possibility to make it the default home when you use a shortcut.
Unfortunately this will break the behavior of the Home button in home ( Expose on LauncherPro or getting back to default homescreen)

can you can create a shortcut (for example: Holding Vol Up and Pressing Home Button) to bring up Expose (similar to Launcher Pro's)... to change homescreen.... that'll be amazing....sorta like the "Panels" with xperia...

I really love this!.. Mhh so much work.... snif snif...
I will see if I can do that easily.
The only problem is that the list of installed home is really long to load. Wil need to think of a clever way to do this.

Bugless beast v0.5
Stock kernel.
I cannot choose easy home as default.
I have to remake an icon from the app drawer and it lasts for about 30sec before force closing.
I also cannot get a wallpaper to stick when creating a complex shortcut following the directions to long press on the home screen...

Yes, but this app as a totally different use!
1) You cannot create shortcuts in the LauncherPro/ADW Dock
2) You cannot assign a Wallpaper for each Home
These are the 2 importants features of EasyHome!

Widget locker...any good?

Hi,
Has anyone been using this app on the Nexus S?
I only came across it after I saw the multiple icons on the lockscreen on one of the advertised themes.
Reviews on other sites suggest that there is a lag issue and other errors...none of them seem to be on the Nexus S.
Comments please.....

Im after the same answer, I saw it being used on the home screen post and it looked very good.
I want to start doing some customisazion of my own.

You can add up to 10 shortcut keys on the unlock screen. So, top left corner is camera, top right camera is LED flashlight, left middle is notes, right middle is google voice, bottom left is unlock andd buttom right is to silence it.
Oh and you can add widgets on the screen so i added a calendar widget.
I love this app and its really worth the money, being able to access some of these apps right from the screen is real convinient, especially the camera and flash light.
The only issue i've run into is that if you turn it on and off real quick, it will show the stock slide to ulock screen, and sometimes it will go back to the original slide to unlock screen, at this point you would just click on widget locker again to start it up.
Overall great app!
Better yet I'll post a video to give you an idea

That's the one.
Also, it is a known issue that this app will not work along side NoLed.

Also, if you notice in the vid, when I turn it on from sleep mode, it shows the stock slider, thats because turn it off and on within 3-5 seconds, it will show the stock slider.

It's a must have app... I made a video about it a while ago. I like my lockscreen with my calendar events and music. Also, if your rooted go to advance and set it to rooted device.

I would recommend widgetlocker. One of my favorite android apps

Widgetlocker is like quickdesk not like extended controls. You can customize your lock screen with widgets, shortcuts, toggles, apps, weather, etc..etc..

i purchased your app, it does what it says it do, but whenever i wake my phone... theres a bunch of clicking sound... to the point where i turned off the app...

I had the issue when I was using CM7 nightly ROm with Netarchy 1.2.2 kernel. But I was also having other issues such as the lockscreen spontaneously coming on and off. The lockscreen on/off was happening even when i disabled widget locker . so I dont think it was the app.
Since I flashed another kernel, it seems to have resolved.

Agile Lock - 3.0 lockscreen for stock sense

Was looking for a 3.0 style lockscreen for stock 2.3.4 Incredible and am loving this app. Paid $1.43 for the full version and well worth it imo (would steer clear of downloading the 3 chinese apps to get it free as some of those apps have viruses but this app itself is clean). Still got a few minor bugs like the imbedded music controls don't work but thats about it. Able to put clickable widgets on the lockscreen and having the status bar open and running means I no longer have any reason to unlock the phone lol. Got a 4x1 5 day weather widget and a 4x1 default music player widget that all function properly.

If you like the vanilla agile lock, wait till you see my mods....I can only post the agilelock free, otherwise it is illegal. Those apps contain viruses? How did you find that out? I know they are all Chinese, and I can't read them. Will have the mods up in the theme section tonight....
Edit- Just tried googling the answer, and lookout doesn't seem to find anything. If you were to download the apps, and then flash a fresh install of cm7, or whatever, would the viruses still be there?

Theres also a thread under the general android section discussing this app and people who had downloaded some of the chinese apps found they contained viruses. So everyone knows what we are talking about theres a thing in the agile lock app that if you download 3 free chinese apps you will get agile lock for free. Not all of the free apps have viruses but people need to be aware of what possibly could happen. Just easier to pay the $1.43 and play it safe. Some people just quickly download the 3 apps to get the free version then uninstall them right away and have had no problems but its hit and miss. The viruses would be gone if you did a full wipe and then fresh install of cm7.
I'd like to see what you've done with it as its pretty cool as it is but could use a little work still. Dev responds to emails quickly and updates it fairly often from what I've seen.

Thanks guy, I have heard it both ways. In the process of uploading right now, but have a files, and pictures. should be up in an hour or so. Glad to know that a full flash would rectify the problem. I have the paid version, that i have themed for myself, but also tried the download method so I could tell people if it O.K. or not. I know it says not to share any of your info with the downloaded apps. Just download them, and open them. This is the one thing about a closed garden that I can appreciate. Other than that, Crapple can keep their itunes. This is my first attempt at theming, so right now it is just the ring. As I progress, I might change up the dock bar, and the other stuff. Will post you a update when they are here.

Hows the performance on this? I am using Nils Business Sense 2.1/3.0 right now, and i'm about to switch to stock+ As i would like faster speeds, Love the ROM, but... ugh. so much RAM used, So much slower..

sometimes you have to fiddle with the setting to make sure you don't have a double lockscreen, but other than that, it eats about 11 megs of RAM. If you are on stock, or even better, cm7, you will have plenty of Ram.

Yes its old but I spent days searching for info on 3.0 locksreens for stock sense before I found the old thread in apps and games. Thought I'd save others some time if they are interested in the same thing and post it here too. Plus the app was just updated the other day to work better with gingerbread 2.3.4 on the Inc. The old version, 1.7.1, you couldn't put widgets on the lockscreen it would force close and now thats fixed. Still get issues with double lockscreens occasionally, like at first boot and then at random times but nothing too major.

My settings says the app is using 888 KB. Haven't seen any noticeable excess draws on power or performance.

The free version shows that it is pulling 5.3 MB in RAM in running services. The full Version shows 7.2 MB in running services.

Okay didn't look in running services, mine is 8.2 MB, its slightly higher probably because I have 2 widgets running on it.

They look cool dude, especially the Grateful Dead one. Just haven't had a chance to try them out yet.

You guys think that HTC will get this blocked for patent violation like they did the weather/clock apps that were out there on the market? Or is that a feature they don't have patented?

not sure if htc could sue, i thought apple held the patents for lockscreens and was suing htc? in any case even if it was blocked from the market you could still find it somewhere else especially since its a chinese app and they don't honor u.s. patents.

Its listed under my system fonts (/system/fonts) as ucsh00d_c.ttf but I'm not sure if it came stock.

Tired of changing your password now and then when anybody gets to know it. You surely need to get your hands on this new way of unlocking your android which changes the password every time you unlock.
The default Password is set as 1234 but it's recommended to change it.This lock screen comes in handy with a range of custom backgrounds to choose from.
While saving the Password, enter a pattern and when on the lockscreen unlock by entering the numbers corresponding to the pattern.

I liked the ideia, but i think it should belong to a lower level on the device, maybe built in the source code. Im not an expert anyway, it is just my thoughts

But that is not in my hands, so lets make this app so much famous that even google thinks about integrating this kinda lockscreen in android 5.0 or 6.0 maybe.

I've just downloaded and tried this lockscreen.
I think the idea is great! And it works really good.
why can't you choose the 0 in your password?
And it would be nice if you could just tap the numbers to enter the code. Instead of letting the keyboard pop up.
Like that its a bit annoying and it takes too much time.
Oh and if one could choose a wallpaper from Gallery would also be nice, although the provided ones are nice, too.

0 cannot be chosen because on the lockscreen there are only 9 numbers, and i feel tht they are enough as adding a 0 wil make it a bit untidy.
Even I wanted that tapping numbers could be a better option, but think again, if i did that the whole idea would be waste, as you would enter the same pattern.
I will surely think about your suggestion about the wallpaper thing, maybe in the next update you could expect this feature.

Thanks for your explanation.
Your are right of course about the keyboard.
I just thought it might be enough that the numbers change and others wouldn't suggest that you enter a "pattern" than rather a combination of numbers.
Well then what bugs me still, is that the normal full keyboard with the numbers on top in a row pop up and not the 'only' number board like when having a dialer. I hope you understand...[emoji28]
That would be nicer, cause the numbers would be bigger also.
Or it's just my phone and Rom? Sense based Rom on HTC One X

I guess the problem is with your ROM/Keyboard only as i have tested this on many device and as you can see in the picture, the keyboard with only numbers pop-ups

it already has a wide range of wallpapers, custom wallpapers is a gud idea but it will be difficult to implement the widgets thing

Did you enable the app by ticking the check box where you configured your Widgets? If so, look in the bottom left hand corner on your lock screen for the button to show your Widgets.

However I discoverd a bug: the time-out period for the lockscreen is now the same as the time-out period in display settings. Without your widget the time-out in lockscreen is the default 5 seconds.
Could you please fix this?

I'm not a big fan of graphic design
The code itself takes some time to build so the start icon was thrown together quickly Maybe in the future I'll make it nicer.
About resizing widgets, I am making a paid pro version that will allow resizable widgets, zoomable widgets, unlimited pages of widgets, paced-anywhere-widgets, and some other things I cannot recall. I do this in my free time and need to start profiting off my work. Which is why you see ads in the free version (Even though that doesn't generate a lot of money.

UPDATE: 1/15/15
- Fixed reported crashes.
- Close widgets by pressing any button EXCEPT home and power button.

@elesbb not sure why I decided to give this application a try now as I had it bookmarked for some time, but omg, I've been missing out! anyways, a couple of suggestions on this software. possibility to either move the icon for activation or have it automatically move above the keyboard when trying to the enter password for a locked device. right now when my device requires a password to unlock, the icon for activation kind of gets in the way of the key to the lower left of the screen. would be nice if the activation icon would move itself above the top row of the keyboard when opened or allow one to configure its placement. another suggestion is some way to remove the widgets from the application as there doesn't seem to be a way to remove them once added. not that big of a deal as I figured out four widgets to add, but prior to this I was at a loss to clear ones that I had added.

Hey, just wondering if you could help me get your xposed modules working?

NK2 stock (rooted)
Galaxy S5 Widgets Module
Samsung Multiple Widgets Module
I've been trying to get the widgets to work while using pattern lock. While set to swipe, I can add, remove, edit, etc the widgets. Set to pattern I press the +, it has me unlock device and then I can choose which widget I want to add. It only adds widgets to the lock screen while set to swipe. Any one else encounter this or know how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

@elesbb not sure if this default behavior, but it looks like when I activate Widget Pager and leave it open the screen never goes back to sleep...

What good would having your widgets open for you to see them if the screen would just shut off when it feels like it? Its default behaviour. Either shut it off manually or close the widgets. If I didn't add that, people would complain that they couldn't read/interact quickly enough with their widget because the screen kept shutting off.
