i have it recently, and it's my first time using a Windows Mobile Phone,
so i don't know much..
- i just want it to upgraded/updating to latest version, in other word, becomes better.
- Can I install WM 6.5 on it ?
- can i upgrade the ram ? (like an PC, upgrading to 128 MB)
- can i upgrade the CPU ?
- what's the benefits and downsides to upgrading ROM or flashing (like what i read in web)..

I just purchased the O2 neo. This is my first windows based phone. I have no clue about how to upgrade my device. My device info is as follows. Please advice if Upgrade is required.
