I Using WM 6.5 build 21501 Titanium Neo Shadow WWE ROM in Doopod 818Pro I was confused why the Bluetooth no File Transfer Service and Bluesoleil on my windows Show My Phone As Desktop and i scan another WM device(HTC touch Diomond), Bluesoleil Show The WM device As a smart phone.
Does anyone know this problem?

Dunno what phone you have but the touch hd has a "internet sharing" option in the list of programs. Lets you select usb or bluetooth and what connection to share. Works for me on 6.1

I've installed PDAnet on the Blackberry, but I've no idea where to go from here. How do I enable the Bluetooth DUN on my WinMo phone?
