I'm new to the Android world and my friend showed me this app its called "Homescreen 3d" and it looked really cool. I bought it in the market and all it shows is blank white boxes floating around. What can I do to make it work? or should I just ask for a refund?

Im wondering where these are..if they are to be found anywhere on the phone or the net.. the one with the blue lake, and the orangy forest one? and how would i get them to show up under wallpapers.. instead of manually having to get the picture to fit using the box thing that you have to do if you select it from the gallery..
thanks.
Hello XDA,
My name is Nate Radebaugh and I've been lurking around XDA for a while now. I'm writing to inform you of a widget I have created to fill the void in my phone's life.
The widget, which can be found on the market, is called "What's Today Widget." Like the name implies, it tells about today. The day of the week is displayed, along with the calendar date.
Never forget the day of the week or the day of the month again! And best of all, it has an Eclair theme to it to match Google's "News and Weather" widget and the "Power Control" widget.
If you like the way it looks (shown in attached screenshots), please check it out in the market and considering purchasing "What's Today Widget." Thanks!!
(if this is in the wrong section, or not allowed, please let me know.)
I would suggest adding the time and skinning support, but judging from the looks, its still a very nice widget.
It looks nice and I would download it if it was free.
too bad you cant buy apps from android market in denmark
UPDATE: This looks to be an update for the "GO Launcher" as that launcher now has special Christmas-themed launcher buttons. It's interesting that it didn't present itself as a regular app update, though.
Restarted my MT4G an hour ago and was welcomed with a message:
"Merry Christmas"
"Christmas gift has been prepared for you! Load it?"
I checked around the office--no one else with an Android (including a MT4G) has received this and I've found no comments online about this.
So I went ahead and selected "Load it." A few seconds later, my wallpaper was transformed into a lame Christmas themed wallpaper that said, "Merry Christmas" in cursive.
No other changes--and it didn't ask me if I wanted to install anything.
Wassup? Anyone else seen this?
I believe the payload size is limited in the Android Market, so many apps will load additional resources and themes on their own by other means. Sounds like the GO Launcher is periodically phoning home for internal updates.
Just downloaded Archercraft 3D and Wikitude 3D from LG World. They're both pretty cool, Archercraft is a 3D game, ur Robin Hood and need to kill some monsters with your arrows in order to save the villages.
Wikitude works great!
Sent from my LG-P920 using XDA App
That sucks, neither of those showing here in the UK in LG World. It's nearly all junk in there.
I thought that too, but when you are in LG World, press the bottom left options button on your phone (the filled square within the bigger square) and just search for them. Worked a treat
Weird as I tried searching and it didnt find it but today it does. Wonder if its because I updated the firmware yesterday?
I'm in desperate need of an application that i used to use constantly... I have since got a new device and for the life of me cannot remember the name of it...
The best way I can describe it is, it was a launcher / switcher app that placed 5 white dots in the center of the status bar, and when touched would show a pre-set list of applications your could switch to whilst in any application...
Attached is a picture of what the application looked like... What is its name?
Did you download it from the market originally? The online market should have your history
Thanks!
Neat...thanks alot, never knew you could look through your purchase record on free apps... it was called "Wizz bar"...
